Hi Amy. In April 2016, my then 59-yr-old wife fell and broke her right femur up high on the outside when she fell on ice. She's been struggling with walking normally ever since. We just ordered the TRX Home2 system, and we are going to use your videos for her rehab. So thank you for what you do!
Hi Amy, you are such a good instructor and as you do not speak fast I can understand you clearly. Because of you I started again training with TRX. I would like to ask you if you could show us the length of the TRX before starting an exercice. This will help me adjusting and doing the exercices properly. Also, would it be possible not to put music in the background, like that I can play mine.

Hi Amy, do you think, you could break down the work out? What are the names of excercises? Is it?: one leg squat or a pistol squat, cross lunge (with hop) and combo. Split squat .. I don't know.. combo. Jumps:regular squat & plie squat combo, split squat. Is that right? Many thanks
