It works as the same as corn flour or corn starch in cooking.. Its the healthy substitute.
But you add arrowroot... Almost towards the end of any recipes where its heated to maintain the thick consistency.

Perhaps put it in muffins for added bulk & fiber? That's what I use my leftover almond stuff when making almond milk.

It can be used as plant fertiliser, not good for eating, its just tasteless fiber, it would not go inside your throat, it is more like chewing a used-up chewing gum.
