I’m about 4 months into wrapping. This guy has helped me a lot in the past month. I messed up a lot but we good now. It takes lots of hours to get to his level though. 💪🏽🔥
amateur wrapper here, i managed to do some really hard side mirrors (mazda 6 2014) and im onto bumpers now, the main thing is learning about the tension and curve areas need heat and stretching, my pro wrapper mate told me cheaper quality wrap is even harder to work with so im doing well but imoroving heaps after 3 or 4 seperate attempts on small tricky parts
This is one way of doing its but not the best way. This way you are putting stretch in the burb but you need to stretch in flat spots. So center of the bumper not the sides. This works just not the best method.

Mess up a couple times and you learn quick though. Every time you wrap something you get a little more efficient and cleaner results
That's good advice. My wrap attempts haven't come out that great in the past. I should keep trying. I think I'm getting better at it though.

In my experience when starting out vinyl us never easier than it looks lol unless it's a flat surface

Nice, do you keep the heat gun about half way? Not the lowest, not the highest?
Keep it on the lowest the wrap could easily burn through with too much heat try not to keep the heat in one spot

Get yourself a bumper pole and a handheld infra red heater. Quit struggling with stuff
