One of the best quick how to videos I've seen on here. Usually the videos are way too long, or they are literally not at all what the subject of the video says they are, and a complete waste of time trying to watch. Thank you for making this video, it's made me feel more comfortable in preparation to try to wrap the hood of my car.

Really great video! I would advise steering your clients towards satin black instead of matte black. It's much easier to maintain and clean. It's also a deeper black with a nice sheen that will maintain the appearance of the car's body lines 🤙

I want to wrap my hood roof and trunk on 2017 Civic Coupe. It's black but want those 3 peices satin white chameleon. How wide wad your roll (5ft)? You made that look so easy which I'm sure it's not. Do you recommend a cleaning solution to wash before install or just soap n water then rinse and dry? Last question if tiny bubbles don't come out can you poke then with a small pin to get air out?
    Thanks

Similar to paint. The smoother and more even the surface, the better the film will stick. On a shot hood I'd sand and primer.

Is it possible to get a good start with laying it down on a hood if you're alone, or do you have to have another human to help? 😬 Also, I'm very short, so any tips or advice would be great as this is my first time messing with vinyl and I'm restoring a 2006 mustang... 👍

I love it. Wouldn't think there is too many options for gloss black. Well, there isn't, except matte. gray would work too. But a lot of ppl will be asking why did you forget to paint your hood. Many ppl don't like matte or even satin, it looks like primer for paint. I couldn't disagree more. Would love to matte/satin wrap a car. Wonder if roof would look good as well, I'm guessing yes.

It last for a very long time. Lol I mean it’s not gonna come off once it’s on if done right. The worst happens is 1. It can get chipy if you try to take it off years later it will be hard Getting it off. 2 it can get dirty of course but you can easily buy cleaning products made especially for wraps.
