Full disclosure-I don’t have a donut pan so I used cupcake liners in a muffin pan and I don’t have plant milk yet (I am easing into a mostly plant based diet) so I used cow’s milk to make “Almost Vegan Cupcakes” and they were really good! I made the donuts for a Sunday morning treat. I subbed gluten free flour and added some clean protein powder and boy were these good! So soft and cake like. Added a simple ganache on top…they were perfect! My vegan family loved them and I loved the whole plant based ingredients. Thanks for the inspo!!!

They're fun! And it's another way to enjoy potatoes 😋 Okay. There's my 2 cents. Back to the video 😁

Great! When you get ready to switch to plant milk, I think oat milk tastes the closest to cow’s milk in sweetness.

If you fill a plastic bag with the donut dough and cut the corner off the bag you can pipe it into the molds easily.
