I think 2500 rpm is pretty close to the switchover speed where the stock fuel pump goes from 10 volts to 12 volts. If you haven't done a rewire on the pump that could be why the afrs are changing.
That is a great observation. The fuel pump, on the 98-99 models have 2 relays. The fuel pump relay #2 can be removed to always supply 12v to the fuel pump. The pin for this relay on the ECU is pin #55 if you’d like to remove it from the ECU to kill it completely.

The vr4 is too rare for me to daily drive. Daily the Rsx and take the vr4 out to meets or canyon runs would be the best scenario for me

That's the best looking GTO I've seen. Don't change anything about it if you can.
Park your car halfway in a driveway or up a curb if you need to get under it like that. Give you a little more room. Just make sure it's sturdy before you go under.

Also that guy was trying to let you know your Front Turn Signals dont work. When you had your hazards on just the rear turn signals flashed. And you can tell when you engage the turn signal it blinks super fast. Once again, never ending 😂

My first car in high school was a 93 base model, and sold it a year later before I graduated for a 91 VR-4 with a fully built 2nd gen engine and Ross forged internals from the owner of a machine shop. It was meant to be a future track car but he lost interest in it.
It was fun having the fastest car in high school. Even with the hairdryer 9bs and some basic upgrades it put out 350+ hp. In 2007 that was a lot haha I unfortunately crashed it about 6 years later because I never put enough money into the brakes.
It's crazy to see the market increase in price. In 2007 I paid 6k for my VR-4 with an engine/tranny that had like 20k on it, 120k on the body. Good luck finding that now. People shit on this car because it's heavy..yeah, no shit...it's a Grand Touring car. It's also super comfortable and sturdy on the road for a reason. It had more seat adjustments than my current new car.(and wildly expensive)

Tuned recently one of these …was really impressed with it’s output.. stock engine and turbos just exhaust , big intercooler and injectors and it made 500hp easy… 1/4 mile runs 11.6 sec … not that easy achieveble results with a stock 90’s car)

Hey Miguel, was wondering if there is a way to add your center blade from the combat wing to my regular carbon fiber one (like alexs). I was thinking maybe i can just install it from inners like yours and put the caps on the side just for looks. Hopefully there is a way without cutting too much :(

Just got home fro college and my car had an awful rod knock and scared I wont be able to afford to fix my 3000gt, ill be taking it to the shop tomorrow and hoping its nothing bad but I cant help but feel nostalgic and star looking for other fellow 300gt all around UA-cam
