I have many hexies in Liberty fabric which I have made into flowers, but not joined to a quilt top. Having seen your beautiful style with the hexie I so wish I hadn’t put the same middle hexie (all the same colour) in the middle of each flower. So love how your design just works and blends in. Thank you for sharing.
I love your videos, and I have learned a lot. On this video, I was almost preoccupied by the cute top you are wearing! I wish I could find that top "off the rack," or find a pattern for it. Did you happen to make it yourself? I really like it; it looks very cute and comfy.

I made flowers on the basis of what you had mentioned. Great.. However I have taken my design wall for a short period of time, down as changed the room around. So I have just been sewing Hexies a lot of time on my knee. It isn’t an easy task getting the quilt to be square . The quilt will end up 108x108 inches. What would you suggest could be an easier way to rectify this. I am slowly sorting, but it’s taking a long time with such a large size. Maybe I was wrong making one so large with hexies by hand. Hehe.
