    I"m so glad you said that at the end about making tiny stitches gives you a big hole in the middle, because I couldn't figure out why mine were turning out like that! So, great tutorial, really helpful!!

    Never heard of threading a needle the "right" way

      Thread has a nap; if you thread your needle from the other end the friction from sewing would go against the nap. It’s just better to go with the nap. If you knit something using the wrong end or go against the nap, your item will pill more easily.

    Where can I get that little pillow on your lap? I like to do a lot of hand sewing too. And then my neck and back hurts.
