My favorite time of the year is Fall too! I love your workouts Annie. I used to teach aerobics and strength trading at the YMCA many years ago. I am now 74 and still workout daily. I love to add yours now and then to my workouts. Love variety…thanks! Keep them coming….

For anyone that might need to hear this, I'm perimenopausal and needing to transition my workouts to a more moderate pace. I slow down the exercises so where there are 10 reps, I'm usually at about five. That feels just right for my body.

I absolutely loved this!!! I just did it rn!! 👏🏼 I’m tired of being down and although I have some back “issues” and a arm issue on the left plus recovering from carpal tunnel on the right hand I said screw it I need my arms to be as strong as possible! I modified for my left arm some movements are tough but I pushed through did my best and feeeel so good about it 😍 ty for showing me this arm work out! I truly feel so much better mentally for choosing to work out my arms 🤍 ty ty ty
