For additional mods
Main mod file should be in the data folder and mod script file should be in the Data packages folder.
When you'll put all the mod file in data and data packages folder then you'll have to claim a new city, save it, quit the game and then resume that city.
And if you want an existing city then you just have to resume that city.

Now just imagine that the city wasn't a ridiculous looking square in the middle of a field like all cities in SC2013 are. All EA had to do was make bigger maps and seamless regions.
Fr it would've been the number 1 city builder
All they had to do was make like a simcity 4 in 3D.

i played this game years ago, i used to have insane cities. just stumbled upon this, makin me want to play it again. This game got a lot of flack cuz of the city size but other than that it was actually really good.

I prefer Simcity because the graphic, I dunno why when I play Cities Skylines that my eyes feel hurt and I kinda dizzy, but I know that Cities Skylines have a better graphic. Has anyone experienced this?

Guys, doesn't want you some DECENT TRANSPORT LINES(4:49), this game simply put bus stops, and this is the transport system, amazing, each time I look this I feel less desire to play, one of the reasons i prefer cities: skylines is that i like to put: bus stations, bus lines, tram, subway, monorail, ferry lines, passenger and freight train, but for sure i will play simcity, and i will simply distribute points in the city.

Yes, you are right.. I've started playing Cities Skylines, much better than SimCity, but in terms of graphics(only), SimCity is much better than CS.

How did you edit train tracks outside of your city? I don't remember that.
Regional train tracks mod and regional bulldozer mod.
You should carried the highway on through the middle and put the shops either side and then made it + with another highway running from side to side and squared the rest up from that, at least link the highways up lol
I love SimCity's AI traffic, it much much better than CS. I hope simcity improve their game to be more better city simulator.
Are you kidding? Lol. One of the numerous reasons for SimCity to be criticized is that it's traffic is just a decoration, not an actual mechanic. There videos where people show cars just aimlessly moving around. Meanwhile, CS is almost a traffic simulator with its AI being very realistic.

Search for SimCity 2013 best mods on Google and you will get the answer you was looking for. The key to building the best city is by using the mod Orion's Belt Modpack and SUGC Pack.

I have a few questions lol : I know you download the cracked version form MEGA, and I've done the same lmao, but where have you placed all the "electrycity-water-and all that stuff" that gives the city all I quoted ? And when I place them, this isn't working, this immidialtly make my dwellers unhappy, and says "hiring", while there is tons of houses. Is that because I put the game in sandbox ?
I always use sandbox mode, and about water, electricity stuff, so for that I always make a separate city with electricity, water, sewage, garbage and industries stuff...

Simcity 5 maybe can't be like cities skylines that have a huge map.
But.. Simcity is better in the desain graphic and innovation thingy. Plus, Simcity is the main actor here. Cities skylines is basically a copycat.
Hope EA will create another Simcity BUT make it like simcity4. Free from micro transaction, no login, with large map, and more features.

High population sure, but a severe lack of jobs in the form of an industrial sector and not enough commercial sectors, not to mention a lack of education and amenities.
No dude I already made a city near this city in the same region with education, industrial zones etc. so that people can travel and can enjoy these facilities.

Simcity is complex game with bunch of game systems. City xl, or cities skylines? Not even close, they only win on map size
Once you learn it well then its not complex, but yes cities skyline win map size.
