Alternatively, when I first visited USA I was also shockingly surprised as well. Again it was NOTHING like USA and the West told us back home. But for most of the country the Civic Infrastructures needed serious maintenance or replacements/constructions, and the Civic Services were NOT affordable to millions of USA Citizens. There are many reasons why western countries governments don't want their people to visit and see China? No. 1. To see China super infrastructures. No. 2. To see how clean, green, tidy, organized and safe for foreign travellers. No. 3. How friendly Chinese are to foreign travelers. No. 4. Yet Chinese government is able to provide the people with such modern and super infrastructures and services. The only hiccup was that we were denied going to Huang Shan (Yellow Mountain) and JiangJiaJie, because we are over 80years old. Too old. Wonderful transport system throughout, beautiful sights, very friendly people. Even the toilets were decent. Loved it! Going back to visit soon.
Ah yes, there are places where you can't go because mountain trails/ paths built along the side of a steep slope aren't made for unfit people. If you collapse thousands of other tourists would be inconvenienced. Not to mention they can't stretcher you out, so guides will have to strap you to their backs.
Sorry to hear your inconvenient experience. But it's a bit strange. I checked on the web there isn't such policy to deny seniors over 80. Quite contrary, the gov has a policy to give Chinese citizens over 80 free admittance to these attractions you mentioned. I believe it's something to do with foreigners. The government don't like any international incidents or it could just be a misunderstanding in translations. However, I would recommend you consult a local travel agency to see if they have ways to get around. Wish you have a wonderful trip next time.❤

China is one of the best places one should visit in his/her life time. Huge country with Beautiful landscape from cold to hot, breathtaking scenery, great infrastructure, wonderful people with thousands of years history and unique culture ❤❤❤
I agree with you David! China is such a cool place. I stayed in Zhuhai in 2019 when my daughter was studying in China and popped in to Zhuhai to meet a family that she stayed with when she first got to China. I was amazed at how advanced China was then. We traveled across the Macau HK bridge which was spectacular…. What an engineering feat! 👍I plan to go back next year and explore further. Keep up the great videos! 👍👍👍
If you stay in China for a while, you will find that this is an "encouraging" society. Chinese people generally believe that difficulties are only temporary and they can always find ways to solve them and overcome them. They will encourage each other instead of shirking responsibilities, take on responsibilities, and keep their promises. They are full of hope for the future of the country!!!
Recently I left my mobile phone on some snacks in a snack shop. I returned in half an hour and the shop owner took it from her table and returned it upon recognizing me. This was the second time I experienced it. My trip to one southern European country was different. I was pickpocketed the moment I arrived at the airport.
Even if your comments are not 100% accurate all the time, they are still way better than living in the Western world. Too much democracy makes people crazy about liberty to the extent of abuse. Take the case of criminality, how do you explain to victims of crimes that the perpetrator can bond out all the time? How can a government care more about criminal rights than a law-abiding tax payers welfare? All I read and see in newspapers and social media are crimes being committed every day in America.

Americans are like "babes in the woods" when it comes down to knowing about the world outside their own town or city "bubble" let alone foreign countries. Many still believe that Australian school kids ride in kangaroo pouches to get to school, that Australians speak in some non-English foreign language, that Australia is some country located somewhere in Europe, that Australians use the same household power as in the U.S. (240v a.c vs 110v a.c.) and that everything in Australia is out to kill them including the dreaded "drop bears". However, this gives Americans a lot of scope to learn - if they'd only step out of the shadows of their mainstream media, Hollywood propaganda movies and social media circles, get on board a plane and go adventuring for a change.
Dont go China, you will see a very well organized country, hiper-tech, lots of amazing electrical cars, clean and spectacular undergronds(not NY style😊), very safe country, excelent food, not expensive.... It is my very good experience visiting it😊, first hand.
I've been to China 4 times, Chengdu, Dalian, Yantai (spelling?). There is no "secret police" following you, always people about even in the wee hours in the cities so streets are safe. I was there last about 10 years ago and cash was the only way to pay, interesting it's all E-pay now.
its different to b a tourist n a citizen in china, tourist can only see good side of country, great scenery, good food n hositality..... chinese ppl has no voting right, country is corrupt n has no free speech n human rights....
The blob is afraid of ordinary Americans finding out how broken their democratic form bad governance is compared with socialism with Chinese characteristic way of good governance. 😅 Hehehe.
Yes, most of them are false, many are exaggerated facts. Let me give you an example. Some people go to the street at dawn to shoot videos and post them online. Look, China's economy is in a deep recession. None of the stores are open. They're all closed. Or to generalize, very not easy to find a pile of garbage, look, who says China is clean. And so on. A lot. 😂
I see some Australian-made videos about Australia that give an alternative view of Australia, too. It is good that there is diversity of opinion. But it doesn't change the fact that most of what we are being told in the West is simply not true. And we point the finger at China as being propaganda-ish
There are videos showing opposing versions of what it's like or happening in China. Admire Chinese people especially their hardworking & innovative traits & practice of filial & close family ties also its rich culture.China has modern ameneties, infrasture & means of transpo yet seems to be able to maintain a better peace & order, & cleaner environs compared to other advanced western countries. The videos showing joblessness & homelessness of mostly younger people may be happening only in some urban economic areas due to closing businesses & leaving foreign investments, & currently falling exports as China's economy is at the moment contracting. Effects of its current floods to the economy (tourism for one) are not clear yet. A negative worldly-affecting CCP govt geopolitical behavior is its claim of South China sea but then its beyond the topic at hand to dwell on.
The amurdeca warlords puts good American citizens in tent city's. In America the citizens have no health care and no human rights . Is not safe at night time in most western countries. 😢 Please god help the good American homeless people's.

Over 50,000 Chinese nationals have been intercepted at the Mexican border since 2023. I was in China last month. But I will never go back to China, because my passport was taken from day 1 up to my last day. My passport was given in the airport when I was departing China. All my apps were turned off by the China government😢 I don't want that a country will take my passport😪
I think it is Not Truth (a lie??): Millions travel to China. They just hold your passport & turn off your apps (but no one)? apps can be easy to re-install/turn on. Holding a guy passport don't mean he will do right thing in China. If you are not welcome, they simple send you back.
They don't need UA-cam. They have everything they can use. They have their own. They don't need to rely on American services. Only countries who can't create their own rely on the other countries' services. That's why China was the only country with little impact (or no impact at all) when Microsoft Windows went blue screen error because of an update and caused a lot of delays around the world. This is something you have to be proud of. Understand?
In every country, there are bound to have people thinking that the grass is greener overseas. Who knows there are simple and ignorant minded Americans and Europeans who are brainwashed by their local propaganda media to think that the best place to go and have a beautiful tour is Ukraine and the Gaza Strip?

When will the US government make "visa-free" so people can come and see our nation totally broken with old brighes and no-maintenance road. No train nor buss, and subway is dangerous. 7 people gets shot every day on average and some of them were shot by policemen. Homeless is all over in the city and the price of a little food is very high.
Isn't US border wide open? Illegal visitors only lol
The dream😂
Even if the US is visa-free, you won't see me there!
Me either
China is the safest place to visit in the 21st century. Cheers to China 🇨🇳 🙌 👏 👍
Well said. Westerners and Americans have to be there to witness the real China as described by this honourable gentleman.
China is one of the best places one should visit in his/her life time. Huge country with Beautiful landscape from cold to hot, breathtaking scenery, great infrastructure, wonderful people with thousands of years history and unique culture ❤❤❤
this idiot have never been to Singapore , but no money do not come to Singapore
I lived in Zhuhai for six , I was back in march 2024 the city has gotten bigger, its a great place
*_Eight : The food in China is amazing. You have endless choices to choose and eat. The foods are affordable._*
You are right, BUT Thai is even better foodwise…….. otherwise it’s a dump.
@@MicheleLLOYD-bk2mt Thai food is too hot for me but the Thai-Chinese food is super.
I travelled in New York, I have seen lots of homeless dudes and I am questioning the real unemployment rate of U$.
Recently I left my mobile phone on some snacks in a snack shop. I returned in half an hour and the shop owner took it from her table and returned it upon recognizing me. This was the second time I experienced it. My trip to one southern European country was different. I was pickpocketed the moment I arrived at the airport.
As fast as the lightning.😂😂😂
What u read and being told is not same as you see it with ur own eyes. I been to China i was amazed, super modern + culture n heritage.
Thanks for sharing 🙏💗
David, thank you for telling the truth.
Lets face it, both the action AND the timing was (is) GENIUS.
Mny people are tricked by your title. They come in joyfully 😂 with the expectation to see how bad is China, but leave with disappointment 😢 after hearing you say China is not bad at all. 😂 I visit China (from HongKong) every month to enjoy their foods and the nature and don't care whither foreigners come or not.
That's me. But I didn't leave with disappointment. I was surprised to see he's saying that most people were angry because they found out it's not the same like they were told. 😁😁😁
Agree. Brilliant n
You visit China from China?

I visited Zhuhai last November and I loved it. My one complaint is too many tourists. I think they should stop getting the word out.
Thank you for revealing the truth!!!

Common intelligent agency tactics is discredit the messenger.
I come from Singapore.. Just a decade back.. There was an American who visited Singapore with the impression that it is a poor country.. And he wanted to come here to help..
The look on his face when he arrived.. 😅😅😅
AND HAPPY PEOPLE…….

Well said and easy to understand, l am going there in October to visit my friend in Shangdong.
Thanks for sharing the truth!
Yes, go and see for yourself. Every one is most welcome.
I've been to China 4 times, Chengdu, Dalian, Yantai (spelling?). There is no "secret police" following you, always people about even in the wee hours in the cities so streets are safe. I was there last about 10 years ago and cash was the only way to pay, interesting it's all E-pay now.
Excellent!
Thank you very much to share the true about China

Hope China would keep an eye on visitors as there's monkeypox going on in some African countries at the moment according to the news.
Hope that China will also vet foreign visitors thoroughly to prevent those planning to run monkey businesses in China.

Yup! Saw that at the Paris 2024 Olympics swimming pool among the strangely asthmatic American competitors.
The blob is afraid of ordinary Americans finding out how broken their democratic form bad governance is compared with socialism with Chinese characteristic way of good governance. 😅 Hehehe.
Oops! OVER CAPACITY of visitors in China. Guess who's is YELLING.😂
Everything is true. I affirm that.
So all the Chinese videos i see from Chinese people are wrong ?
Naughty Rascals, you had me wondering what was going on. Well done, nevertheless!
A negative worldly-affecting CCP govt geopolitical behavior is its claim of South China sea but then its beyond the topic at hand to dwell on.

you can travel from Shenzhen to Hong Kong by the metro and renew the visa.
Many countries, including EU countries have up to 30 days visa free.

Having said all that, a record 128,000 millionaires will still relocate from China this year (the US is course the top destination). Over 50,000 Chinese nationals have been intercepted at the Mexican border since 2023. Who would have thought that sleek trains and cashless transactions (cash is still used in China by the way) are no substitute for political freedom and economic security?
50,000 out of 1.2 billion...a drop in the ocean.
Stop lying.
You will be banned for telling truth😂
To see the reality, go check every back door of every city where those city workers live, because there's no country in the world without slums.
send me pics of the slums in China. Yes, there are many poor (albeit getting wealthier), but you cannot call where they live as being slums.

Meanwhile in China you can’t access UA-cam.

Big deal not getting into youtube?
They don't need UA-cam. They have everything they can use. They have their own. They don't need to rely on American services. Only countries who can't create their own rely on the other countries' services. That's why China was the only country with little impact (or no impact at all) when Microsoft Windows went blue screen error because of an update and caused a lot of delays around the world. This is something you have to be proud of. Understand?
