Interesting that all of the Western governments and most especially the English speaking nations are having major recruitment issues. They all started between 6 and 10 years ago depending on the nation. Why have none of these governments asked the question, 'what is it that we are doing different which may have caused young men (you need them mostly but even women) to not wish to enlist?' It always amazes me that they (governments) hire think tanks (I prefer calling them DON'T think tanks) to tell them what the problem is and they dance around the issue saying it is anything but what is staring right at them. No it isn't the economy, it isn't low pay, it isn't actually being disciplined it is plain and simple WOKENESS and lack of resolve by the respective governments on the world stage.
