    Hey Phil!! Love this video. Going to visit Sam tomorrow before my trip with my daughter this Sat on a 6pax on the Intrigue and in 2 weeks, on the liberty! I was scratching my head looking up tackle shops and remembered "Phil's show on Island Fishing!" Thanks again and look forward to buying a half dozen jigs tomorrow along with the organization packet.

    No need for a shock absorber of mono between the main line and leader? Thanks 👍

    What size/brand line crimp and what pound leader line was he using??

    Question: Put a swivel between main line and leader? I may have missed that point.

    • @FriedmanAdventuresPodcast
      @FriedmanAdventuresPodcast  2 роки тому

      The leader should have a swivel on so there is no need to add another one.

    What jig bag was that

  • @mexicanamerican21
    @mexicanamerican21 2 роки тому +2

    No green chafe tubing. Looks pretty but causes line breakage

    Wouldn't it be better to loop the assist hook to the jig instead of using a split ring with it? Less hassle and less chance of the split ring cutting your assist hook leader
