This workout consists of 2 parts
1. 5 main stretches
2. Full body workout
It’s absolutely beginners friendly , if you are a beginner you can do 1 set for each but if you are an advance athlete you should do as written .

I am 35 years old now and after surgery of my knee and shoulder, now I am just a normal guy with ZERO Athletism in me. But after watching your videos, I really feel motivated to start my Martial Art practice again as I was once very good at Tae kwon Do when my age was 16. I really miss my Practice days but due to family responsiblities and work pressure, I don't get any time to do my exercise.

Same I was dead in the middle of the workout but I'll slowly try to push myself until I'm able to do it without breaks every second lol
Be careful not to injure yourself mates, but keep on pushing forward. The chains of habits are too weak to be felt until they’re too powerful to be broken

I love this! I am a JKD instructor way out of practice, and I know we never push ourselves hard enough using our own methods. This will supplement my isometrics well.

That's really great, I am a brown belt in Gozuryu mix martial arts and these exercise are time saving as well as complete package in order get align if you are out of practice and as well upskilling one's level.

Hi Shraddha can you do a slower version of this for 50 year olds who want to start a fitness regimen. Something which is not so intense at the same time improves our overall fitness, strength, endurance and flexibility. A longer video which is a follow along and has got rest time also added to it so we can follow along. You are definitely an inspiration for me and I would love to learn from you.

I am actually using this workout to strengthen myself again. I am an ex taekwondo player and gold medalist in kick boxing but my teacher shifted cities and I lost my interest in taekwondo bcz the new teacher is really bad. She ignores me all the time even though I am the most hard working player. My parents also forced me to focus on my studies and i did that. I stopped martial arts but recently I am trying to polish my rusty skills and I hope i will do great and also I hope i can lose some weight lol

Day 1 ✅ whooo it is actually so calorie burning workout. I loved it. I can still feel the burn!!! Hope I can stay consistent

I’m 48 and I’m out of shape after years of unhealthy lifestyle. I used to box, do martial arts, athletics, gymnastics and play rugby league, but that was a lifetime ago. I’ve been looking for a workout to get back into shape and I’m impressed with what I see. Do me a favour, if I don’t stick to it, kick my butt! 😂

It would be great if u categories videos for beginners, intermediate and advanced so on...i am an absolute beginner, if try to kick like u i will be in hospital. Or else u can even start an online live classes for different categories..u are amazing
