    lots of people doing spin side kick and they think that they accomplished back kick. Anyway fix shoulder in the air is so difficult best I can do is 몸통 뒷차기 with perfect form. I pause and fix my shoulder in the air and kick with right angle hurts my back as hell. You are not gonna believe this but I learned jump 몸통 뒷차기 by playing resident evil 4,5,6

      @@taigoncanada Thanks but its very lonely and difficult Im near 40 years old and have backache and only young kids occupied all nearest 도장 Since I came to Korea, not easy to find 도장 for adults. So I practice high side kick alone in playground. Very painful and lonely. But I will never stop practicing. I love Taekwondo. Even I have poor skills but I practice everyday after work even raining or snowing. I have no hope 발전 but I could maintain skills I got. I only can do 얼굴 옆차기 뒷차기, 몸통 돌려차기 and 회축. Im old and got back disk. 태권도사범들 might laugh at me but I feel proud of my skills 소중해요
