World’s BEST Rhubarb Bread! / BAKE WITH ME 2021 👩🏼‍🍳

Hey Guys!! In today’s video we are making a delicious rhubarb bread! One of my favorites! I hope you all enjoy!!!

2 1/2 Cups of Flour
1 Egg
1 TSP Baking Soda
1 TSP Salt
2 TSP Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups of Brown Sugar
2/3 Cups of Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Cups of Rhubarb
Mix together and place in 2 loaf pans. Yip with a Brown Sugar & Cinnamon mixture and bake for 45 minutes at 325 F

Baking soda - is that what we call in the UK Bicarbonate of Soda please?

Would I thaw frozen rhubarb first or add frozen. Greetings from North Bay Ontario.

I think you could use it frozen, but would probably need to increase the baking time by a bit.
