Here's how I do it -smush a banana -put the banana smush in the stove at low-medium -add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar -add 1/2 of vanilla flavoring -mix while still on low/medium -put the banana and sugar mixture in a cup -add a cup of milk -let sit in fridge for 10-15 minutes -then just mix and enjoy 😊

I'm lactose intolerant as well but I love some bananas. You could still use almond, soy even lactaid milk. I use lactaid. But I might use soy or almond for this as well. Read that it tasted good with either or. Lol

@@hararm8198 I haven't made this milk yet but I did make the strawberry milk this channel made, and honestly if you don't like the thought of chunks in your drink I'd recommend just doubling the mushed banana and skipping the chunks of banana. For me the chunks really throw me off so if you're a texture person I'd either skip it or add it to the mushed banana part :')

Strawberries have a stronger flavor than bananas so I think that it would taste better than this one. But if you really do want a strong strawberry flavor I'd add more strawberries to the jam. To me the strawberry milk tastes really close to commercial strawberry milk so i think that it's worth a try :')

I tried it this morning and it was good. I used oat milk and only 1/2 mashed banana 1/2 cut. While cooking in the pan added a little bit of oat milk instead of vanilla. It came out quite delicious.

I tried it this morning and it was good. I used oat milk and only 1/2 mashed banana 1/2 cut. While cooking in the pan added a little bit of oat milk instead of vanilla. It came out quite delicious.
