▶ ingredient
14 strawberry
60g sugar
200~400ml milk
▶ Recipe
1. wash the strawberries, crush 6 pieces of them
2. mix with sugar and heat on medium heat
3. when it begins to boil, boil for 2~3 more minutes and let it cool down
4. cut off the rest of the strawberries in small sizes
5. put the syrup, strawberries and milk in one bottle

I made this but without the heat, because I’m only 10, I tried it and I thought it would taste sour, but it didn’t! Mainly bc I added a lot of sugar, but 🤷♀️
My brother likes it, I’m waiting for my parents to come home and then they can try it. I will update soon.
Btw here’s what I did, it’s not completely the recipe in the video, but I tweaked it so I could make it.
1. Get some strawberries and wash them and cut the stems off then cut into halves.
2. Mash them so all the juice comes out and then put the scraps for later (to eat or throw but I would eat)
3. Add some sugar, doesn’t matter how much, until your liking.
4. Strain. (Optional)
5. Pour into a glass and add milk.
6. Dice a strawberry and add into milk.

For people who complains about the sugar. The amount of sugar depends on how sweet the strawberries are and how sweet you would like it.
sugar also draws the juices out of the berries so you need some at least
Actually you can't omit the sugar, then you couldn't make the syrup.

I made it recently and it tastes so good! Make sure not to pour a lot of milk because it will end up tasting like milk. Also use whole milk because it tastes way better!

those are the cutest strawberries i’ve ever seen.
a simple way that my family has been doing:
1. prepare strawberries (remove the top)
2. put strawberries, enough honey (or agave syrup) and milk (little = strong concentration; a lot = weak concentration) into mixer/blender
3. blend
i haven't tried Hanse's way so i don't know how they compare, but it still tastes amazing and is simple enough for those who are lazy like I am. I do want to try Hanse's way for sure though!

I tried this recipe already and it was so so gooodddd. The measurements are spot on and so easy to make! I tried this with both fresh and frozen whole strawberries and both came out the same (fyi, frozen strawberry is easier to mush and has more juice. If you don’t want your mixture to be super mushy then use fresh strawberry). A must-try for the summer!

If you need help mashing the strawberries , do it with a potato masher, I got mine at the dollar store and it works well with mashing strawberries.

Is anyone else wondering why they took the leaves off and then cut the whites off when they could have just cut the white bit off and the leaves at the same time?
Taking the leaves off makes it easier to see where to cut. To be able to get as close as you can, that way you can get the most out of each strawberry. Plus I'm guessing it goes with the video because it's partially asmr and the tearing noise adds to that.
Don't know why but I do it the same way.

To everyone watching, THIS TASTES SO GOOD! I tried it the first time the other day, and my gosh, it was heavenly. I'm usually a chocolate milk gal, but this video was so cute I had to try. I'm never turning back to store bought strawberry syrup again! So fresh and good, and you can store the syrup in the fridge for a few days just fine! Second time I tried it I strained the syrup to get the strawberry chunks out, and used the chunks for strawberry jam. Really awesome recipe.

The longer the Peach milk sits in the fridge, the sweeter it gets. It reminded me of vanilla flavored milk.

Amy M I used the White Peaches. It's an Asian peach that I had to order from a Chinese market...you can probably find them at some Korean markets, too. Just ask the owners. I'm not sure if they're out of season, but I ordered a whole case and it was around 48 dollars. Of course, I got well over 30 peaches, so...
You might just find a couple in the store, already and thanks! It's really therapeutic to make.

Tentacles Sama Nah, there is a lot of sugar in it but I really didn’t taste it. Its more about me knowing it’s in there than tasting or feeling it. If someone gave it to me without telling me about the sugar I wouldn’t have known. I’m not a fan of sweets at all and I really enjoyed it, you should try it.

i just wanted to say that i’ve made the strawberry milk at least 3 times and the banana milk around 5-6 times. they both taste amazing and they’re easy to make. i even made blackberry milk , replacing the strawberries with blackberries(it looked and tasted great). i’m going to be making the homemade vanilla milk soon and i can’t wait for that. i just want to say that if i, a clumsy teenager can do this, honestly anyone else can make it. it’s worth a try !!!💛

this is my go-to drink whenever i'm at home except i use almond milk, since starbucks isn't an option for me right now. at this point i just eyeball everything, and i also don't do the stove step, but it always tastes amazing anyway. i've tried this with banana, blueberry, and pineapple, but i think strawberry's the best option for this.
I love strawberry milk....the only thing that stops me from drinking it now is the huge amounts of sugar!!😋😋
