A lot of you requested for banana milk so I GOTCHU 🍌 tbh it’s crushed banana and milk lol btw it does NOT taste like the Binggrae banana milk because I’m using a real banana and not banana flavouring

R E C I P E:
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
5g sugar
milk of your choice
Method:
1. Mash the banana (or blend in a blender) until smooth, add sugar and let it dissolve. To assemble, add banana purée and milk. Stir or shake before drinking
if you prefer a smoother mouth feel, it’s better to use a blender to blend the banana into a purée and strain it before adding milk! Also, to keep the smoothness, don’t blend the milk or else it’ll be all frothy ☺️

If you ask me which fruit flavoured milk is my favourite, it’s still strawberry milk! But let me know down below which fruit milk you like the most!
Tip: For a smoother mouth feel, use a blender to blend the banana into a purée! and to keep the smoothness, don’t blend the milk or else it’ll be all frothy ☺️ but if you like pulp or some texture, mash as shown here!

Iam an army but I am from Pakistan I love banana milk the way she make banana milk it looks very tasty but we made banana milk using blender first we take banana and sliced it in blender jug than pour milk it has same taste but I call it banana milkshake 💜💜😂😂

I just figured out that I have a big food sensitivity to most foods that I used to eat, so this is perfect! Banana is a food I can 100% eat, so a healthy treat that won’t make me sick is wonderful!! Thanks for sharing yet another amazing recipe!!
