A couple notes and additional info from my experience: You touched on it with the Trigon eyes but there are some adds in the game with extremely high CC resistance that won’t be able to be endlessly juggled with Thermo Chem such as the dark robins and some of the FGSe hallway adds. Otherwise yes, it’s a practically foolproof juggle as you said. As for speccing, between proton remedy and the mystic 7 heals being Resto based, I’ve found it to be more beneficial to put 100 in resto than stacking everything in health, even with Everyman’s effectiveness and the Aura healing. You’d still do a minimum of 100 in health for the 10% before putting anything in resto but the return on investment for SP101+ is significantly lower with the way SP scales. As an added bonus the resto will help Density be slightly less like wet dollar store tissue paper. Though I wouldn’t say the difference is huge. That being said, if one still wanted to go the “all health” route, it’s better to put all the eggs in that basket and only spec the minimum healing crits and put the extra 30 in health. But it’s good that you called attention to the usefulness of the crits as I’d bet most non-fire tanks never even consider them. As for the EoG option, because of Mass Densitiy’s 54s cooldown (Manacles reduced) I’ve very rarely not had enough SC to have it available off cooldown as long as I go in to a raid with 50%+ of my SC meter filled. That being said, if someone happens to already have a leveled EoG, it can certainly come in handy if you get ninja’d or wipe and start again with very little SC built. But in most cases, with EoG you’re gonna be sitting on full SC bar waiting on the cooldown making it a waste. Obviously it’s a very different story for those who opt for dash attack, perfect poise, etc over Mass Density. Lastly, one good alternative for Affinity mod D and utility belt is Soul Link and HeartThrob pet. Getting a 2% damage reduction and 5% Health boost (and the Everyman defense boost that goes with it) has been extremely helpful in boss fights with high damage spike phases like the Trigon adds or the Frenzy in CTe first boss when Mass Density either isn’t available or expires before the group gets through the phase. Stack that with the health buff trinket (and again with the Everyman health based defense buff) and surviving through those phases should be cake even without Mass Density as long as the phase doesn’t far outlast the active window of those benefits.
I meant this to be complimentary and/or supplementary to the information provided, not to debate or contrast it. The tanking info is pretty spot on for the most part.
@@Illumin411 I do a health build in skill points because from what i've found a good 80%+ of pug runs and 100% of league runs have a controller running the Claw of Alekhund and that artifact gives a 7% buff to restoration but it doesn't buff health at all. So I can supplement my restoration from the claw buff and omega if someone takes it and still have my health as high as I can for the aura to give me my 2% of max health back. Just my thoughts on it. Good looking out for the atomic users. I don't see many dps these days, a few tanks here and there. Bit of a change-of-subject question, but when do you think the winter sale will drop? Likely before or after XMas?..
How do you deal with CC interruptions with this power? When I tried it I felt like once breakout trinket was on cd it could be difficult to complete the combo sometimes. I tried to use Density's 10% control resist to mitigate that a bit but I was having a hard time.
As long as there are no power issues claw will still be better, you get the crits for the prec dps and the support roles are buffed as well with the dom and resto
For melee dps if I were to use trans amulet and scrap for supercharge spam and instead of robot I use the finisher just to be able to reset if needed would that work or is it too power hungry for amulet
@@itslarose atomic is still a great dps it just loses a bit of flexibility relying on the comboing so that may get tedious for you after awhile. But its a great tank and melee dps.
Why are you using Grim for your ranged artifact? Neither Neutron Bomb nor Nuclear Burst nor Freezing Breath get extra damage from Dazed. Or am I missing something?
Hey OC, how is the ranged atomic loadout? What I mean is I do not like melee range, I am too old and too slow to play in melee range and look for fun powers that I can do mid to far ranged. I have a good ranged munitions character, and I play my light villain at range also. All might based superpowers, not precision. I am looking for mid to far ranged builds for Gadgets, rage and possibly atomic as it looks pretty cool. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am talking about for all regular content, not elite. Thank you
You picked the 3 that are a bit tough for ranged :D the 3 will certainly all use freezing breath, besides gadgets where its basically just napalm grenade spam. Atomic ranged is actually not that bad, its a bit slow with the combing but its definitely viable.
electric is another power you could look at, its ranged aoe is top in the game and its really straight forward rotation, a bit power heavy but really safe.

Tetra is a troll art and the buff troll really should be doing it, but amulet is viable to use. Ideally for melee youd want amulet-trans-eog or scrap instead of eog for atomic blast
@@nicksandz3209 why because I don't show an amulet 10 stack spamming double SC gemini build? that's a trash ass way to play the game to wait for the dps to get 10 stacks before a fight, not run any finishers and just force the healers to overheal but they aren't allowed to run healing SC's they have to run speed drain and bloom cause they have to spam 25%ers on cooldown so the dps can spam supercharges for the entire raid and flex on the scorecard. Other than that I dare you to show your normal rotation to compare against what's in the video.
@@ObsidianChill not at all bro every video i see everybody is stuck on neo venom and dirvish, it does good damage but it's not the best it can do, ppl don't take time with their powersets to see what does the best damage and just rolls with whatever everyone else is using, as for me i do proper testing and come up with insane loadouts without using iconic or super speed traits
@@nicksandz3209 radiation burn is trash, Atomic Blast can be good but its heavily dependent on how the adds are situated because of its tight conic damage and it really is only useful in gemini spam groups because of the 0.5 cooldown. Neo Venom wins out in every generic raid situation. Dervish is 360 degree dmg where Neutron Bomb is only frontal so if there was an add behind you you'd still be hitting it with geiger and dervish and you can literally clip out of dervish at any point and have the aoe dashing combos to further crit. I all see is you talking and not backing up a single thing you say. It's not like im going to reupload the video lol why you scared to put your rotation do the test. I will literally hop on test sever and run them against eachother and we'll see where yours stacks.
as a might dps or tank it's not required, you just want the SP in order to lunge because for might/tanking depending on what you were referring to you are just using the comboing system which won't leave room for weapon attacks

might rage you ideally have to be melee the entire time. It's ranged aoe and st are weaker

This was before Quislet was around so grim was the passive damage option. You don’t need grim anymore

Where do I get the breakout trinket, only ones I can find only work in pvp
the old gear vendors in the wings of the watchtower/hall of doom have them. The ones that display the old style sets

if you have a spammer use EoG and then Atomic Blast for AOE, on boss fights don't use EoG but continue to use Atomic Blast
