i have the same issue with my battery for my M2P...i tred the "jump start" hack & it didnt work...sent it to DJI & they said its completely"dead" & since its past the 6month warranty,im lucked out! they wont replace/repair it...battery was brand bew with less than 25 charge cycles

If its fully charged the light doesn't come on when plugged in but if left for too long the battery looses all power and won't charge there is a way off recovering your battery so it will charge again but its easier too buy a new one what also damages the battery is if you unplug your battery from your drone without turning it off

useless video but from what i can tell the firmware was updating in the battery when it was turned off and so went constant lights on
until it completely discharged to a brick. you can reload the firmware in the battery while it still has some juice but I am in this same boat with a brick wondering how to get some power back into it. I may try the jumpstart and let it charge awhile off the other battery.
I probably wont make it back to update what happened. but finding a compatible power supply and such seams a drag so jumper it is.
