Man seeing a special screening release of Predator in 2018 was wild! The entire theatre was packed and rightfully so, this film is an instant classic! I have seen the movie many times already before I went to see it in the Cinema and man how happy I was that they were showing it for one night at my local cinema, the cheering, the clapping and people shouting out the quotes before even the line been said was an experinece! 😂 I am glad I was able to see this on the big screen. One of my all time favorite Action/Horror films, they don't make them like this anymore. Also, I have to say Predator 2 is a great sequel and does not get as much appreciation as the first film and I think it should, Danny Glover killed it in that film!
Arnold's look in the beginning was because he was focusing psyching himself up to get started. And he didn't sleep enough. He's very intelligent and has an iron will. He used to walk 8 miles each way at 15 to go to the gym and would lift weights in the freezing cold.
What a great interview... his responses were well thought out, honest, and at times even beyond the scope of the movie itself... A true professional, and such a great person to interview. I wish more modern actors took their job as seriously as Arnold did and still does.
I think lots of the time, when he has sounded ignorant or arrogant or just unintelligent, they were strategies to make the public or competitors be intimidated or act differently than they would if he didn't play dumb or act overconfident
I think his best acting was in true lies then predator then T2 but that's just the acting as far as action and cool all around movie can't deny predator...
