Arrowheads blow my mind. Quick story, sorry to bore you. Once my brother took me out on the hill sides around Austin TX and we were looking for, first flint and secondly arrowheads. Find one then look for the other. I couldn't even see flint, but my brother kept pointing saying "There's some there's some" and sure enough he was pointing it out, but I never saw it first, only after he pointed it out. We stopped for a second and he told me to relax and get in touch, meaning with my world around me. So I kind of cleared my head and said a little prayer and crazy as it sounds when I looked up and searched the ground the flint stood out like white on black and about 5 seconds later RT pointed down and said look! I followed the direction of his finger and there was a piece of flint down in the mud I reached down and pulled the round piece of flint from the ground and as the dirt fell away the round piece turned into a perfect arrowhead about the size of in between a quarter and a half dollar. I miss my brother God rest his soul. Thanks for the great video Nugget.
Hi there Nugget Noggin. I have been following your channel for quite some time now. You amaze me everytime. You get so excited that I can hear you under water. You are in your elements and you are so humble being one with nature. You're an inspiration for all of those young hearted kids. I enjoy watching your video's and learning something new every day. The verses at the end of your videos is just so cool. God is Good 🙏
Love the exploration man. I used to return those Pepsi bottles in the early 80s for dime candy, which was the return for each bottle. Keep diggin buddy!
I always like your videos before I watch them Michael because I know I will enjoy them. Another good one. You make us feel like we are there with you. I could almost feel my socks getting wet walking the creek with you. Good job.
kaedyn Busby I went metal detecting and found a Canadian penny that was so old that only the leaf remained. I live in Montrose, Colorado, so it was a pretty cool find.
not a god fearing man my self but I love your passion over such things that many would consider junk. it's a breath of fresh air to see someone so happy with life.
All those golf balls!! The arrow heads are a lovely find so is the Mercury dime, a great hunt and the creek is much better now you have removed all those things. Take care Michael, good luck and happy hunting, God bless you Mary Ellen UK
Michael, it's sure nice to see you detecting and exploring. I'm looking forward to warmer weather. Miss your snorkling hunts. Our rivers here in the N.W. are pretty much flooded and too dangerous to try snorkling or metal detecting. Other than some water hunts at the beach, ground digs are about all I can do this year. Maybe things will look better in August. Thanks for sharing your time with us. God bless and we'll c'ya in your next video.
That dime you found belongs to my best friend Opie Taylor. Back in 1966 we was crossing that field on our way home from school. Opie was flipping his lucky 1917 silver dime and dropped it in the grass. We hunted for it but never could find it. Opie's Pa, Sheriff Andy Taylor sure was sore and sent Opie to bed without any supper! Aunt Bea had made Opie's favorite, fried chicken so he really missed out.
grav3yardgirl here on UA-cam would probably love to have that creepy baby lol. I love that you always try to clean up as much as you can, even if the stuff you're pulling out doesn't have "value". great video as always
I enjoy your video's and the fact that you add a verse from the bible and your God Bless at the end! The golf balls reminded me of something that happened years ago. I was a nanny and their youngest wasn't in school yet and one of our favorite things to do was to go to this one state park and go down to the creek to play. Well when we got down to the creek there was ton of golf balls and Brandon wanted to take them home and give them to his grandpop. He managed to talk me into it. I had a backpack and pockets full of golf balls. It was a long hike back to the car! We ended washing them and putting them in a box for his birthday. He thought that was just great! I did look up on a map and there was a golf course up stream and it had rained a lot previous to our hike.
I can't believe I haven found this channel earlier. I love this! He is so inspiring and makes me want to start detecting! Unfortunately I wouldn't know where to start. Great Vid!!
hello...I stumbled onto your videos while taking a break from the "giraffe watch". I love watching you!!!...your enthusiasm is awesome...love your verses as well. I've always had an interest in detecting, although I've never tried it. Keep on doing what your heart and soul loves!! thanks for the videos!! 💜
you know its the good people like this that go metal detecting in bodies of water and find junk and still take it and throw it away when they get home its good that people like this keep places clean
I have been detecting since 1998 and have had many different detectors. I enjoy your videos. I wish I was able to find as many great hunting spots as you. Keep it up and keep me entertained !
Great job young man ! I enjoyed your video. glad to see the faith you hold for our good Lord. keep up the good work. Are you kin to any Bennett's in North Central Texas ?
i have a question, i purchased an at pro and when i went out to find my mothers lost gold necklace, i got a signal, but when i dug it it got deeper, is this usual or is there a way to fix this. (P.S , I love your videos and you got me into metal detecting, thank god for people like you.)
its just falls to the middle of the hole. sometimes deeper than the detector picks up, and the signal will disappear. thats where a pin pointer really helps. im no nugget, but hes never replied to 5 yrs of my comments. busy i reckon lol
I wish you a million dollar find.because you are cleaning the creek of all the old junk that could poision the water. keep up the great work on your next visit to the creek
Can you do the 23 psalm in memory of my grandmother it was her favourite bible verse and she would have plaques with it written on it around her entire house at the end of this month it will be 5 years
I love your videos! We found a metal detector that someone was throwing out by the side of the road and turns out it works fine! We did our first metal detecting video the other day with it.
I swear, this guy doesn't get out of the house unless he's metal detecting. Doesn't know what a vape pen is. Also doesn't know what a hotel room key is.
Presto Magic But he can probably tell you all about the history of a 150 year old common household item that you've never seen before that he dug at an ancient, long forgotten homesite. So what's your point?
Bob Mchugh My point is that he needs to get out more. Sure he can identify things that he's found and researched in the past, but he's so uncultured that he doesn't know what a vape pen or hotel key is.
Presto Magic so, because he doesn't know what a vape pen or hotel room key is makes him uncultured? He's 19 or 20, he's already been to Europe and god knows how many states he's been to. He makes a living just from the ad revenue generated by his UA-cam channel. He's co-owner and marketing director of his own metal detecting sales company. I'd say he gets out enough, he just has no need or interest in vape pens or key cards.
Bob Mchugh Yes, it does make him uncultured. Also, money has nothing to do with what I'm saying. Being ignorant to the modern world around him does make him seem uncultured. "Needing to get out more" is a saying, not something to take literally.
My "he gets out enough" comment was used somewhat euphemistically in response to your "needing to get out more" saying. I'm not trying to say that money has anything to do with your point. What I was trying to convey was him not knowing what a vape pen or key card is has had seemingly little effect on his success. I suppose Bo Darville said it best: "It depends on what part of the country you're standing in as to just how dumb you are." I do appreciate the fact that we can have a small debate without it starting a flame war. Thanks
I'm gonna be buying a metal detector from your website soon as I get back to the states and I would LOVE to go with you one day to hunt relics 😁👍 you are awesome!!!! And I absolutely love that you always have a bible verse included with video! Thank you so much for that!!! Keep up the good job.
Always enjoy your videos. I too detect in NH. Would like to see how you display and show off your finds. Do you sell any of your finds to pay for better equipment? Maybe I video on tips or stories of what to do with your finds your best finds stuff like that would be fun to watch. Thank for all your videos and keep them coming.

Wow Nugget! Arrow heads. I've been out and about in the woods and fields for better than fifty years, and I've never once found an arrow head. I keep my eyes open, but nope, not a one.

kaedyn Busby I went metal detecting and found a Canadian penny that was so old that only the leaf remained. I live in Montrose, Colorado, so it was a pretty cool find.

Other than some water hunts at the beach, ground digs are about all I can do this year. Maybe things will look better in August.
Thanks for sharing your time with us.
