2022 NuCamp Tab 400 Relieve Low battery anxiety!

The 2022 tab 400 by NuCamp comes with a100 amp hour lithium ion Battle Born battery 🔋 and it can be difficult to tell the percentage of charge left in the system. Also, the electron charge controller that comes with it is equipped with an app which enables you to check the panel voltage coming in and some other features. unfortunately, the trailer doesn’t have a physical gauge to monitor those features that are in the app. So I purchased a gauge that monitors it in case I can’t access the app. I’ve also ordered a Victron energy BMV-712 smart battery monitor. this will allow me to determine the percentage of charge left in the battery and will relieve any power anxiety that I may have while camping. Dump the controller and battery, Go direct from Solar to an EcoFlow, such as a Ecoflow delta Max, or if you can fit in a Ecoflow Delta Pro. Connect the Ecoflow directly to your shore power. All problems solved! I run a much larger Lance Trailer, with a Delta Max. I can go off grid for 7 days easily, 10 days if we are smart on water, but with 400 Watts solar, the Ecoflow runs continuous with just 4 hours of sun. I can run the microwave over 20 times per day. It will even run the AC (15,000 BTU) for about an hour without generator. But if I use the generator I can run the AC and fully charge my EcoFlow in just over an hour. IF I have to charge quickly the Ecoflow is rapid charge. Usually 45 minutes from 20 percent use. I use the new small Honda Generator EU3200. The Ecoflow Delta Max can run my Lance 1685 for 2 days, no sun no generator.

Greetings. Thanks for the video. Curious how you managed to run the cables to the victron monitor above your fridge. I'd like to connect an HDMI cord on the back of the head unit and run it to the cubby by our bed, where our AppleTV is.

I used a stiff wire first and fished it through and was able to attach the wire to that with tape and fish it back through the other way.
