Thanks! Thought I'd buy a little gas for you guys, well, not much, but hey🤷♂️ Thank you for all the awesome videos, pics, and especially the commentary.
Wanted to say thank you gave me enough knowledge that u was able to get my 96 xlt fixed. Today was the first day I have had it running right and it’s been great. Thanks for all the videos look forward to seeing many more.
the moto Ski bullet was a real advanced Sled for 1971. They had their problems, but they had the right idea. We raced Skidoo's back in that day and Our race skidoos were way behind the Design of the bullet.
My XLT 580 has DG pipes and they sound just like that storm. You can't even find information on them so good luck trying to find a set. Are they ever designed well though. Not a spare square inch of space under that hood.
Every time you go somewhere , I see machines I’ve never heard of or seen before , makes me want to go slow , like the Low Rider Guys with the bouncing cars
what are the details on that Dauphin? (dolphin?) Year, model? Looks remarkably similar to my mom's 1971 Somovex Chimo that she got when she was a kid. Somovex was a company in quebec that was only around for about a year. It has a 10hp/150cc husqvarna engine which is what this also appears to have. I'd be money that thing was built by somovex. Should see if the gas tank says somovex on it
@@andrewthacker1389 your right, built by somovex.they are pretty much a chimo with different body parts.the dolphin flipper never went into full production.jc penny had same basic chassis called mini sno tamer
LOL I finished the video, I see you went back to it. I was right, it was made by somovex, cool. I think they only made 400 or so of the Chimos and they also made some for JC Penney called the Snow Tamer which were the same. Learned something new. Those 10hp husky motors actually rip pretty good. Btw, Dauphin is french for dolphin
Thanks!

That merc is musical

I didn't know that the Scorpion Brute had Mikuni"s
Still blows my mind NOT seeing snow on the ground in MN ! Even if this was filmed a week or two ago it’s just crazy ! Take care Nutter 🍺🍺
It's been a weird couple of Winter's Tony, but I remember this happening when I was a kid and had my first sled. late 70s.
@ think I figured out my inability to respond to these responses. But we’ll see lol. Technology is great when it works !! 🍺🍺
@@TonyGeneseo I see this.
No enticers?!
Watch again. I bet you find one the second time through.
Love the Storm.!!..not a fan of the 60's/70's crap tho. More 80's/90's kind of guy.
🙃
