As far as I know... Cheese has more calories than paneer.. Cheese is prepared from milk coagulated by acidifying and adding particular fungus or bacteria, while collecting all fat portion of the milk and leaving water behind, the water is also very nutritious also known as whey protein. In simple words, that goeey one seen on your pizza... Paneer is simply made by adding lemon juice or vinegar and pressing or beating covering in a cotton cloth. Paneer is also known as cottage cheese and it does not melt like cheese....
