It’s so helpful that the mixes are included with this video (like 50% of the darker paint and 50% of the lighter)! Really gives a nice “how to“ that I assume will work with other things and gives me a great place to start as a new painter!

Jude....most people I know that paint these models tend to dip their paintbrushes into their paints....not their toes...lol
Light affects flat planes the same, even if they are in recessed areas, so I like to touch the flat recessed areas with the same color as my highlights on the flat raised parts of the cloak.
I think you could try to do a video about how to paint belisarius cawl 😊

You could try Naggaroth Night - 50/50 Naggaroth/Xereus Purple - Xereus Purple and highlight with Genestealer Purple

This is one of the Squidmar brushes - I believe it is a Davinci brush - check my videos as I recently did a video on brush choice 👍🏻
