Q&A: How old are the characters of Twisted Wonderland?

We have received hints sometimes about which characters are older than the rest, with Vil being younger than Cater and Jade being older than Riddle, but there are no official references in-game about the characters aging as the story progresses--it is all fandom conjecture!

I think it's a mix of both. I watched translations of book 7. I cant get there in game because I'm leveling up cards for the battles in book 6.. isn't Malleus wanting things to not change and be the same forever? I think it's more than just Lilia but Lilia being the trigger point, And also I'm pretty sure Sebek hates being only half fae because it means he can't serve Malleus as long as he wants to.
Im not sure if I make sense. I could be wrong I watched them like, months ago. Please tell me if I dont make sense 😅

i had assumed the ages listed in the characters' profiles were the age they would turn into during the school year, since 4 year highschools have the freshmen go from 15 to 16, and seniors graduating the year they turn 18 (thus becoming young adults going into university or work). so jamil starting his second year at 16 but turning 17 at the beginning of the school year.
if i remember correctly, that'd then make the sebek thing more accurate to sleeping beauty since (at least the live action Maleficent movie) aurora was turning 16, just like sebek would here if my assumption was correct.

Nah, if you look at the Silver's last name video he says he's 17 now, which means profiles are current-age and that means Sebek is turning 17 not 16. Also Vil says he's 18 still when his birthday has passed.
Also all the prefects in the manga are 16 at the beginning of the year. So it looks like it starts age 16 not 15.

Considering ages based on the School calendar seems confusing, especially since the Birthday promotions between servers were probably differences in production / release. Not to mention that some characters have Summer Birthdays that would be difficult to celebrate in school canonically. But I can see why some people would think that way.
However, if we assumed the normal calendar, and that the characters were coming into the ages in the bios, that would put Sebek 2 days away from his 16th Birthday.

Speaking about age, we basically don't know how old the Prefect is. Could be 16 or 17. Yuuken & Yuuka age is 17 while Yuuto & Yuuya is 16. And I believe Yuu in Game is around 17 because why Jade & Epel calling them with -san instead of -kun like other first year.
