I was lost, and thanks to your tutorial, I was able to solve something that I wouldn't have done in this one. Software would have lasted twice as many hours... Thanks and greetings from Mexico
Whatever you feel comfortable in! I am just showing that it's also possible in InDesign. I will say this, when I am working with type, I almost always prefer InDesign over Illustrator.
Hi there! i wanted to create a gradient background so i made a wide square and made it the gradient i wanted. only thing is now i cant see my parent A stuff even when i send the square to the back. Any advice??
Hi Sarah! When you say "Parent A Stuff" what do you mean? My guess is that you covered it with the gradient, so here's a little trick. You can actually unlock objects from the parent pages by holding Shift + Command (Mac) / Shift + Ctrl (Windows) and clicking on the Parent page object. This has to be done while you're on the regular pages, not the parents. You'll be able to bring anything covered, back to the front and keep that awesome gradient you created! 🙂
I knew this stuff already but I just like watching your process very clean
I appreciate that! Thank you!

Amazing! I am glad you found it helpful.
Your tutorial is a present from the design wizards.
It helps me to understand the process and i can train my english. 🎉
That's awesome! I am glad!
Did you find your vector images and then color them in Illustrator to match your branding colors? Excellent tutorial
Hi Andrea! Thanks for the kind words. I believe those were actually 3D images that I removed the background from and colored in Ps to match the brand.
Where do you find those awesome graphics? They look great and they are they’re perfectly aligned to your color palette!
Hi Michele! I typically source assets from Adobe Stock. Lots of good stuff there, even in the free collection!
Quite informative! Thank you.👍
Toujours au top et un grand merci
You are a great designer too
thank you 🌼
thank you!
Very useful! thank you
Glad it was helpful!
Love your videos! Just a question - is there any advantage to doing these types of posts in InDesign, as opposed to Illustrator?

lighter sizes, especially for carousel with a lot of images
Love the video! I'm starting to learn InDesign. Where can I find these 3d icons or elements you use here?
Hey there! I got them from Adobe Stock. Plenty to choose from!
Great video like the others ! It is better to export in PNG than in JPEG for web and IG especially?
Great question. They'll both work but I always prefer PNG for Instagram.
@@AngeloMontilla thanks
Thanks. Getting message that pictures are missing and I need to link them.
Can I leave it vertical and just bring them closer?

how did you get the in design content to your phone?
Hey there! Could you elaborate? Do you mean how I demoed it on my phone in the video or do you mean the thumbnail image mockup?
@@AngeloMontilla i didnt understand how you saved the indesign file to your phone ?
@@gnmooreca I exported the pages as PNG images at 23:26. I then AirDrop the images to my phone and I can share to Instagram from there.
