As compare to other similar tutorials of designing Instagram carousel posts, I found this one much informative and useful because the instructor is explaining each and everything in between including the small information and explaining why he is doing that without skipping and ignoring to move forward. Thanks a lot GD Pro team, and keep posting such tutorials.
At first I doubted this tutorial. but it turns out after watching there are lots of shortcuts and techniques. Thank you for the explanation about layout in Illustrator. you are a genius teacher!
Thanks very much Italo! Yeah there seem to be many different approaches to this but the method we demonstrate has always worked well for us so really glad you found that useful 👌
Hey! Glad you enjoyed the video 😁Ah so this can happen if you have the right most artboard selected accidentally when copying the guides. It should work fine if you just click anywhere inside your first (left most) artboard again, copy the guides, then paste to all artboards 👍 Let us know if you're still having trouble though 😊
How do you show that tool bar at the top of the screen? I am at portion where you add text but Im having difficulty adjusting the size since I dont have that tool bar available. Thank you for your awesome video!
Hey Amra, thanks for commenting and this is really easy to add! Just go to 'Window' in the top menu then click on 'Control' and it should appear 😊 I always like having the control bar enabled and you can save this into your own custom workspace if you ever accidentally remove it or want to revert back to something else. To do this simply go to 'Window' > 'Workspace' > 'New Workspace' and you can create your new custom workspace from there. Hope this helps! 😁
Hey I did what exactly you chose but when I upload my post into Instagram, when I see it through the Instagram website with the browser it shows me the post blurry but on my phone it's perfect. Soo do you know what's the problem?
Hey Ali, that's odd as we never encounter this issue. Can I ask what export settings you've used? It's possible that it's being compressed by Instagram, after all they are only really intended to be viewed on mobile devices 🤔
@@raxxxs87 this is odd as we've never experienced this at our end and we're actually exporting at a larger size than Instagram's minimum recommendation. You could try making your artboards even bigger to see if that helps though, maybe try 1920x1920px 👍
Hello GD Pro, i have qestion for the template, As we know instagram default square is 1080x1080 and the template from socialsize io description for instagram is 1200x1200 I try to post both size, and when i see theres no different size there, the 1200x1200 is just look like 1080x1080 no crop or something So whats different even iam post with 1200x1200 is 100% look like 1080x1080 ? Which one should i use ?
Hey, if a 1080x1080 upload looks fine to you then go for it 👍 We're basing these sizes of the recommendation we go over in the video and really there's little difference between the two sizes, or even the exported files sizes so it's very much up to you which you'd prefer to use 😊
Hey Deepak, this really depends on the audience you're trying to reach. Do plenty of research into what others in your field are doing and try to come up with some content that will ultimately give lots of value. Something that people would want to read/share and save. The more of these you can get the more your content will reach new people and the more your following will grow 😊

@@sachinshajan8066 hey we've just tested the link and it's all working fine for us 👍 Can you please check that the download email hasn't landed in your junk/spam folder?
I came here for a tutorial on making carousels and instead got a tutorial on how to set up guides and unlock guides. Give us some credit, dude. We know how to use Adobe, let’s just talk about the subject. This is what’s holding back like 90% of these tuts channels is you think you have to explain every little step in detail and you end up with a 17 minute video which really only needs to say “make multiple square art boards and have your designs bleed from one frame to the next.” Done. Literally not one piece of design is applied until 7:14.
This was exactly what I needed, thank you very much for the step by step guide.
No problem Jumat! Glad you liked it 👍
