Post-Comp Grading and Testing of Climbs

After a successful competition (Hangout Open), we have to put the gym back together. All of the climbs need grading and testing, plus some extra problems and routes need to be added.
In this video, Dave illustrates some of the difficulties in coming up with a grade, especially since the climbs always feel different depending on your height and/or skill set.
