Hi Liz! I’m so glad to see you back! (I’m binge watching you backwards, if some comments seem out of sequence!) Love your Cluny tapestries- didn’t even realize that the senses were represented. It’s amazing what you learn from cross stitch! I love your idea about WIPGO and I do mine similarly. I have each square assigned to a project and when the 2 numbers are called, I work one week on each of those projects. That’s all the “obligation” stitching I do. Then when I’m done with those 2 weeks, I can do whatever I want fit as long as I want the rest of the month. The idea of yours that I’m going to share is grouping- like instead of work on one specified Rosewood Manor, I can work on any of the 5 ai have started! Yes, I have a Rosewood Manor problem! That will work for Mirabilias, or Dimensiobs, or all sorts of things! Great idea, Liz! I usually find that by the time the next number is called, I’m ready to work on it again for a while. You are a way-talented needle worker, and I can’t wait to share more ideas with you! Where are you, BTW, if you don’t mind sharing? I’m in the Chicago suburbs where there are probably lots of stitchers, but the ones I do know of aren’t all that interested in bringing people together.
I found your channel because you commented on my video. I watched this video first because of King Henry thumbnail. I love your WIPs. I can relate to your stitching because I too stitch on what calls out to me on that day. I have a hard time forcing myself to work on something so I love the take that you did on your WIPGO board.
You are just like me. I get bored easily and that is why I have a lot of WIP'S too. I am new to your channel and I really like how you think about your Wipgo plans. I love 18 count aida too. I am going to try a 20 count aida with my Summer Quaker for my birthday start in August. I love short videos. I do some of my Wips 25/7 and 100 stitches per day so I can touch all my projects per month. I like Dimensions too. I have been stitching for 50 years so I am old but I still love cross stitch. Happy Stitching.
Loved your video! Love your projects. Definitely subscribed and looking forward to another video. 😊. Jenn the Caffeinated Crafter is hilarious and has so many projects and crazy goals for 2024. Her videos are LONG which I live. Great company to stitch with. Happy stitching.
I enjoyed your video so much. You have a lot of very beautiful cross stitch you are working on. I love the ones you got in Paris. I've always wanted to go there. Can't wait to see you again.
Hi Liz, I love your channel and you also stitch for the stitch sake ☺️ And I really like your Wip go's. I could go with them, as well. It's my first year now I set myself some goals and so far so good. But when summer is approaching, it will be more difficult. BUT: Who cares? 😂😂😂 Happy stitching and see you soon again. Love from Switzerland
I also have the same patterns based on The Lady and the Unicorn. I was able to go to the Cluny Museum in 1996. The whole tapestry was just stunning to see. I haven’t started my patterns though. One of my degrees is in History and I love all things Tudor and British history. There were no British Studies degree when I graduated in the 1980s. We have been to England 3 times, and I always drag my husband to Hampton Court and The Tower every time. I own the Anne Boleyn cushion pattern as well. Happy stitching to you.
Hi there! Just found your channel! Sounds like we have the same mentality when it comes to our stitching. I dont like to be told what to do either! 😄 I also didnt think i would ever stitch a Mira, but i started one this year and so far so good. Lady of the Mist is beautiful! I like your approach to WIPGO, vague squares seem much more doable! 😊 Looking forward to watching your progress!
Just found you. I love your projects, I think I have the same tester in patterns. You got me to remember my visit to the Clunymuseum. So beautiful tapestry. Love them. Hope you keep coming back, would love to see the continue.
I like stitchin mommy, Brenda and the serial starter, carol saltbox stitcher, Niecie Lynn, czook, half cross stitch, once upon a stitch are a few of the ones I watch.
Hi! You just popped up in my feed, so of course I watched. Glad I did! I'm a huge Mira stitcher, so was glad to see you have at least one of hers in your collection. And I agree -- Lady of the Mist is just gorgeous! Now I'll go back in time to watch your first video. Thx for sharing your work with us. Steph
I'm enjoying your videos, Liz. Great projects! There is another newish flosstuber working on the tapestry pieces and is super passionate about them . I'm drawing a blank at her channel name. I remember she is an attorney that drinks craft beer during her video. Not too helpful, I'm sure!😂
Just found your channel. I totally enjoyed watching and all the things you have planned "or unplanned". I'm not one to stick to the same thing day in and day out so I have quite a few in progress as well. Hope to see you soon.
Hi Liz, new sub here. I love your style. Really love your projects, the tapestries are just beautiful and also that oldie from college ❤ I'm one of those who are trying to be more organized...well, let's see how it goes. Tfs
This is after the video. I Stitch Birds, Gently Smiling Jaws, The Globe Trotting Stitcher and Leah's Cross Stitch Corner are some of my favorite channels.
Thank you for the video. On the dimensions patterns, some stitchers will use 4 or 5 threads instead or 6 if it makes their hands hurt. I would love the patterns to the tapestries that you have that are so beautiful.
I have done that in a few places but I try to keep to the called for thread amounts. It does make a difference in the final project. I think most of the Lady and the Unicorn (La Dame a La Licorne) patterns are still available. Two are from a company called Princesse.
Hi, Liz. Your pieces are beautiful. Since you like full coverage, check out my friend, Collette, The Highway Stitcher. She has some amazing full coverage pieces that she works on. She also shows some of her bobbin lace projects. Happy New Year. Good luck with Wingo
Hi Stitchin-Liz i went back rewatched this video noticed you haven't posted for a while. How di d you get on with your Cluny Tapistries and Thomas Kinkaides? hope you give us all update and film a 2025 cross stitch plans.
Hello! I actually just posted a video last week, although I haven't updated those particular projects. I have quite a few wips so my rotation takes a while to get through. :)
I really like the way you are doing your Wipgo! I am so bad at keeping plans. I feel like cross stitch is my hobby. The moment I set a goal I lose all interest 😂.
Where did you get Anne Boleyn and King VIII? They are awemazing. I subscribed before watching the entire video because of Henry and Anne. I love Tudor history.

I love it! I am a huge Tudor history fan too although I haven't made it to Hampton Court yet. Happy stitching!
Lovely watch. You just popped into my feed, so pleased. Now to catch up on your first one.❤
Thank you!
I love your TW on your chair and I’m glad you didn’t toss the cats.
Thank you! That's one of my favorite finishes.

Thank you! Yes! I am completely contrary even to myself! If I say I have to work on something then I won't want to work on it.

I was late to the Mira party but I sure do love them.
Good to meet you Liz, I enjoyed your stitching and spending time with you. Hope to see you again in 2024 ❤

You had me at craft beer! I'll definitely need to find her!

Exactly the same for me! I'm trying though.

Thank you for subscribing! I got those from Sheena Rogers Designs, www.sheenarogersdesigns.co.uk/ She has a bunch of amazing patterns.
Liz do you not park your threads when doing full coverage?
I do not! I tried it once after watching others but it just doesn't work for me.
