The Laughter Yoga approach of Madan Katara is probably the best - since you can trigger happiness + physiology together, which the subconscious mind takes literally. After many classes, along with singing in a Glee Club - the trainee will begin to develop a mental + emotional cathexis - i.e., Mental Health! @@MajICReiki
Employees within the Mental Health system are usually lockstep and narcistic themselves. What do their actions have to do with improving mental hygiene?

i was put on an antidepressant drug 2 years ago after what it did to my heart im lucky to still be alive . But im not out of the woods yet im now being forced to take an anti psychotic drug and in all honesty i do not expect to live much longer and i certainly dont expect to reach old age if my forced treatment continues.
Long term Mental Patients have a life span 25 years less than the general population. The current life span is down to about 75 - thus 50 years could be your span! / Why not give people the aesthetic Talent Training that Peter Breggin, Howard Glasser and Madan Katara have made available?

the pharma companies are not the ones promoting mdma ....
it's all done through donations from people wanting at least a better option until society can be made more equal

LOL. I wonder what Robert will say about Marijuana and CBD and LSD and Psilocybin and MDMA and Methamphetamine to treat all mental health conditions. Robert himself admits here he took Psilocybin. LOL.
