Internet won.
it was on Damon's iPad, no wonder it got lost for so long
One the of the best British rock singles of the 2000s
he is truly the coolest Nerd of all time
not everyone who wears glasses is a nerd yk
@@katheystaruwu
no shit, Sherlock.
Nerd?? Why is that?
@@giampierobastianelli1335
If you watch any of his interviews….
Especially his solo interviews you can tell that he’s a nerd.
Especially when it comes to his knowledge about Pop Culture.
And um, can we talk about that he might just be the best guitarist that has ever lived in this planet?
It is a tie between him and Jarvis Cocker
Just as fresh as when it was released 20 years ago. 3 minutes 50 seconds of post-punk perfection.
You mean pop punk
@@davesalkNo. Look it up
@@davesalkpost punk also works in a real way innit
@@davesalkweezer style
Surely just as fresh as when the skids originally did it 🤦🏼♂️
"Happiness in magazines" is an excellent album! So happy Graham came over to the States to play some shows back then!
Literally just bought an SG special because of this video
20 years since this…?? Freakin’ Out alright!
OMG, I had never seen the video clip in such quality
If you looked deep enough in UA-cam there is a HQ out there
@@LightningJosue really? I've never see that
@@mar_20th It's uploaded by some man named Sam lmao
THE VIDEO QUALITY JESUS- ITS TOO GOOD MY EYES CANT TAKE IT😨
Loved this song when it first came out. Grahams pink rock approach is superb. You can hear The Skids into the Valley riff through this. The sound is so similar also.
I too love me some pink rock
So true- heavily lifted
Grahams been listening to the Jam
Like a power pop, grunge Eton Rifles
and Stiff Little Fingers.
@@babylonsburning1Ironically I saw SLF w Bruce Foxton playing bass.
20 years ago he was
@@oisint2I was listening to the Jam 45 years ago.
Graham is such a good musician and genuinely seems like a good person
song of my youth. I used this in an animation I made once at school
brilliant… sounds, play style, song, everything.
I feel you are the embodiment of British rock guitar. I've thought this since Blur debuted, I think you're the best guitarist in England.
Is great but don't forget bernard
With only opinion and no knowledge of playing guitar myself, I've thought for 20+ years he is the best guitariat of his generation. I was pleased to recently read an old comment by Noel Gallagher saying exactly that. Now he does know what he is talking about.
Great song, classic riffs, what's not to like?
Punk world needs more of this, please 🙏
This is truly excellent, Graham.
Draws me back to punks origins, though this is much cleverer.
Bloody rocks.
The greatest use of a Gibson SG ever (sorry Angus). ❤
Loved this when came out ... 2003 or 4
Classic Graham. A Top Talent. ❤
I remember his MySpace, when saying «influenced » by Billy Childish.
Love Graham.
How had I forgotten this absolute banger!
2:21 - 2:42 absolutely superb piece with a heavy Dinosaur Jr vibe. Lou, Murph & J Mascis would love their mini "tribute"....
It got this “going underground “ vibe to it🎯🎯
A gem of a track I'd forgotten about, how is this 20 years ago 😮!
What a bloody great song! Doesn´t age at all. 💯💣💥
The UK Kids needs this Badly in 2024
some of us get it!!
At it was in 2004 to the present day, this is fucking magnificent!
Always loved this
Glorious Masterpiece.
Bloody brilliant!! Mod revival l love it❤❤❤

I love this song!❤
Wow Graham!! ❤

Good vibes from 90 and 2K years coming back again. Nostalgia dos anos 90 e 2000 😂🇧🇷
Love it! Amazing guitar player.
This song is freaking awesome
Timeless GOLD!!
And I’m really FREAKIN OUT!!
New old school 👍👍👍
At the time, I couldn't really take the greatness of the work head on.
It's cool to listen to it again now, though.
You are a Blur guitarist.
Thanks for the HD my dude 🤘
Awesome tune! I've played this song with my band among other Graham songs
I remember buying the album on CD when I was at college
Jamás creí que veríamos este vídeo en tan buena calidad, gracias Graham ❤

Génial Graham.!!
Love from France ❤
First time hearing this ripper . Does he have any other songs this good ?
Many. Try full album Happiness in Magazines, this one was main single from it. His solo catalogue is 8 albums plus several soundtrack.
Thanks Graham for this cool video and thank you for coming to Mexico last year with Blur. I would love to hear this song in live version.
Great HQ!
Into the valley, betrothed and divine!
He takes major inspiration from the classic Skids track, pays wonderful homage to it and subsequently creates his own classic track. Genius at work.
I really loved this song when it came out 5 years ago
Graham is a genius. This is his masterpiece ❤
BELLISSIMO
Such a great song. Graham is such an interesting guitarist.
Finally!!!
Great clip!!!
Don't get much better than this ...😊
Great power pop. Love that burns bass too.
Wooooo!! Happy Friday yall
cresci ouvindo blur, mas graham solo que novidade boa.
What a TUNE! With Graham rocking the Javis Cocker look well.
I was thinking Elvis Costello and Paul Weller. Possibly the guitar sound is clouding my judgement.
Style (plus Mod) from a previous life - NICE !
this is A M A Z I N G ! 🔥
Muy Lindo tema !!
Good stuff - very In To The Valley.
Graham❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

When Blur meets the Buzzcocks--diggin this more than the last Blur record which was to adult contemporary for my tastes.

Excelente Flaco.
*Crossing Fingers* for Happiness in Magazines is finally on Spotify😭😭😭😭
Señor, venga por favor a Latinoamérica
Coxon, I Love you! ❤
the only song to ever exist actually
so cool
perfect pop rock
The old black and white version is stronger visually and goes better with the style and the lyrics of this track. This is Graham at his best. ❤
Good. I like it.
Reminds me of the skids into the valley. That's a compliment by the way.
Still got this on CD single 😂 such a great track.
I'm a lovin!!!!
