Great vid as always. Regarding "this week" I find the translation in a couple places to be "sap dah ni" สัปดาห์นี้. Are both correct?
สัปดาห์ /sàp-daa/ means week, but it is formal. Thai people usually use อาทิตย์ /aa-tít/ in spoken Thai.

All the Thais i know always just say yang when you ask them have you eaten yet? but they're actually meaning not yet but that's really confusing because surely that would just mean they are saying yet🤔😕 So, is that bad Thai? are they are not speaking correctly, or is it just a informal way of saying not yet?
ยัง "yang" in this context means "still" as in "I still haven't eaten." To ask if someone has eaten yet, you would say "gin kao reu yang," which is short for "gin kao reu yang mai gin," meaning "have you eaten or still not eaten." So answering "yang" is short for "yang mai gin," or "still not eaten."

รับ เป็นคำที่เป็นทางการ ใช้ในภาษาเขียน ไม่ค่อยใช้ในภาษาพูดค่ะ
รับ /ráp/ is a formal word, it is not commonly used in spoken Thai.
“เคย” used to express the present perfect. Should you combine “haven’t done something yet” under this pattern?
เคย /keoi/ means "you have done something before" i.e. ผมเคยไปเกาะช้าง /pom keoi bpai go chaang/ - I've been to the Chang island.
Negative pattern "ไม่เคย mâi keoi" means 'never done something before'
I have never been to Thailand.
ฉันไม่เคยไปเมืองไทย /chan mai keoi brai Mueang tai/
It is not used to combine with the pattern “haven’t done something yet”.

@@GabrielLe868 Use the word "มาก่อน" instead of "เมื่อก่อน"
The word "เมื่อก่อน" is usually used at the beginning of a sentence. To say that you have done something in the past but have not do that now.
ex. เมื่อก่อนฉันเคยเรียนที่โรงเรียนนี้ I used to study at this school before.
