Yes. It's hard and aggravates cervical pain.
Hi. The pillow is harder than normal because it is meant to correct the neck posture. This does not aggravate the cervical pain. But it can be uncomfortable for first week as it is correcting the neck posture.
The design is scientific. And the hardness is enough to correct the posture. This product has helped a lot of people suffering from cervical problems. We hope it helps you too.

@@TynorindiaOrthotics Nope you are wrong. I used this pillow for just under a week and my neck had got worse. When I switched over to my old pillow my neck is fine.
