Thank you and of course these drinks are useful! But they don’t address the underline cause, they only relieve symptoms! As someone who has suffered with very heavy periods and terrible pain, I have learned many things that has cured my suffering and or at least, reduced suffering significantly. 1) food cycling (look it up) 2) magnum (via food, supplements and bathing in salts, rubbing in magnesium oil) magnesium is a excellent pain reliever 3) cycling exercise (look it up, I don’t mean riding a bike, I when to do particular exercises like yoga, walking, low impact and intense) 4) fasting at the right time5) elimination diet ( some foods make you feel worse 6) eating foods that lower the production of prostaglandins as they’re what cause cramps 7) meditation 8) breathing exercise 9) decrease stress and increase rest 10) pain relief via sound frequency! 🙏

Thank you! I'm going to try these! This time around I had a loose leaf tea that was a pre-made blend I'd bought for multiple use and it had tulsi, fennel, spearmint, and orange peel. I'd added some nettle, chamomile, and lavender to it and it worked really well. Then the next day I was practicing making Masala Chai because the pre-made chai in the tea bags in the stores are weak af and the box stuff is really sweet and I'm pre-diabetic/insulin resistant so I HAVE to have almost no sugar (I use a sweetener alternative I like, and also honey sometimes because 1 teaspoon of honey is only 5g carbs and its p lenty sweet for me now that I'm used to no sugar so it tastes super sweet to me now). I had the Masala Chai all day and I experienced ZERO cramps that day and looking at your list here I'm beginning to see why both that and the other tea I'd made the day before helped so well. Thanks!

Hello - I wonder if there's a typo when you say fenugreek is "anti-analgesic"? That seems to be the opposite of the pain relief we're seeking for menstrual cramps. 🤔
I love learning about the power of plants & seeds to help with our health issues. Thank you so much! 🙋
