The paludarium turned out awesome! From the set up I even guessed the snake must be a mangrove snake! I’m sure he’ll be very happy in there! (Also reaper is just such a cool name, it really suits his eyes)

The mangrove snake is my dream snake too! I've wanted one since I was in middle school! Also, amazing job on the paludarium! It looks amazing and very realistic, I'm sure Reaper loves his new home
That has to be the best enclosure build I’ve seen!! 💯 I absolutely loved it!! 😍 Reaper is a gorgeous snake as well!! 💛🖤💛 Congrats on getting him 🙌🏼 I’m sure he’s gonna love what you created for him!! 🥰
First time visitor to your channel and wow what an impressive build! The amount of time and effort you put in shows and Reaper is no doubt loving his home.
I’ve followed you on instagram, for a couple of years now, always find your content so helpful and informative to me, as I want to eventually house a few snakes, or reptiles of sorts, I have housed, corn snakes, rat snakes, and a leopard gecko, in the past but you can never have enough information, you can never know enough! Thank you for being thoroughly knowledgeable about your enclosures, and about the species themselves! It’s really important and refreshing 😊
What amazing enclosure setup. Fancy popping on a plane to the UK to sort out my pitaful attempt at enclosure design. haha. Keep up the great work, great video!
Wow, what an amazing build. It’s beautiful and reaper is gorgeous. I enjoyed watching you create such a naturalistic environment for reaper. Thank you so much. ❤️❤️

It's a pleasure watching your video's! Keep up the GREAT work ma'am! You have a new subscriber! Much respect and support from Yuma, AZ 👍👍
Great habitat build. Reaper is beautiful. I love the colors of Mangrove snakes. They used to be popular in the pet stores here, but our climate is so dry it's really difficult to maintain adequately humidified enclosures. Therefore, I never tried to keep one.
That paladarium is amazing. I have always loved reptiles but haven't had any for some years. If I were going to jump back in I'd definitely want something arboreal and semi aquatic that I could keep in such a beautiful, active, and lush enclosure. Your build video was informative and made it look easy, although I know it's not! Mangroves are simply amazing animals and I'd love to have one, but I should probably start back out in the hobby with something a bit easier. My wife would kill me if I brought home a snake lol. Maybe a gecko or chameleon in a setup like this is in my future. If anyone can think of any other easier to keep species of snake that would do well in a paladarium like this please let me know. I'm not really beginner level I don't think. I've had a boa, python, and garter snake in the past; as well as geckos, a newt, tree frogs, turtles, and anoles as a kid/teenager but had to re-home some when i moved away to a place where it would have been impossible to keep herps. Now that I'm settled and have a an almost 3 yr old son who's into this stuff too I'm excited at the prospect of getting involved. I appreciate any suggestions! Again, awesome setup and congrats on the Mangrove.

nice build, im in the process of building one for my gemmicincta's, where did you get your vine and drylok from? The vine looks so much better than exo terras jungle vine

I still think that animal inst a good fit for me as im afraid of becoming an animal hoarder like some big youtubers and id rather focus on the animals i want more like copperheads but really cool to be able to see them and learn about them from you. i know you will probably never see my comment but i just found your channel and im totally into it. i know you probably wont believe me but i didnt click your channel just because you are beautiful you actually are inspiring and motivating me and getting me hyped up about reptiles.

Leaving food in her enclosure at night when it’s dark? Some of my Boiga only eat at night when I leave the room. @@kaylaroach she is an adult imported 6months ago. They 1st said rat pups. The day old chicks. I've tried both and live and fresh kill. Nothing. She has cuddled with the rat and chick...they told me it's to hot....this is my 1st mangrove. I have 150 ball pythons so it's not 1st snake.
@@ddmorphballzz2651 WC imports can be tricky to get acclimated/feeding consistently. Seems like your enclosure is too hot. An arboreal snake buried under substrate is often a sign that they’re trying to cool down. Boiga do not tolerate excessive heat or dryness well. I would ditch the under-tank heating and allow the bottom of the enclosure to be much cooler than the top. 91 surface/basking temp during the day is fine, as long as she has access to low 70’s elsewhere in her enclosure. And make sure the heat turns off at night (assuming your room is kept at a comfortable ambient temperature). They hunt at night when it’s dark and the temps are cool, and that’s when my Boiga eat reliably!
This was his baby enclosure. His new enclosure is massive (64x33x78 inches) and has a stock tank water feature! I will make a video about it in the future. Thank you for watching!

I got them from a local pet shop, I haven’t seen them anywhere else so I’m not sure where they’re from!

They are not deadly, but should still be handled with caution since envenomation could lead to some unpleasant symptoms!
