- The mother of a rape victim has come forward with a terrifying warning for parents. Maryland has allowed her daughter’s rapist to attend a Baltimore City Public School.
Project Baltimore is not identifying the mother to protect her child.
“She struggles. She is in therapy,” the girl's mother said. “I wouldn't wish what we have gone through on my worst enemy.”

These judges have ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS JUDGEMENT. The public should be the judge. WE'RE the ones who have to deal with these "people".

Probably the judge felt free to not order the rapist to do online school because when the news reports atrocious decisions like this one, the name of the judge is not said. Also, there isn't really an organized way to keep up with which judges make rulings that encourage criminals to continue being criminals. What we need is for somebody who has free time on their hands to:
-get the names of local and regional judges
-research the cases that come in front of those judges and their rulings
-publicize the names of those judges that make egregiously unjust rulings
Some judges are elected; some are appointed. For those who are elected, the public would know not to elect them again. We can't do as much about those who are appointed, but we can let those who do the appointing know that we will not vote for them again if the judges they appoint make rulings that help criminals feel emboldened to continue their acts of crime.
It's also worth looking into whether or not a state ballot referendum can be created to undo the harm that the state juvenile "reform" laws have done. Those "reforms" are part of the reason the 15 year old rapist is not behind bars.
The judges don't like the people of this country!

1) It's ridiculous that he wasn't sent to juvenile detention or a therapeutic locked group home.
2) Why was he sent from Harford Country to Baltimore City?
Out state and the laws only work for ark peeps, and against the rest of us! That is what the news and the judges make clear with their actions!

TWICE CONVICTED! The judge just gives him community service and he goes on about his life. Never even registering as a SA!! He’s going to harm plenty more children before he’s locked up for good!
Everyone should look at that case and petition the judge to step down. They are not helping and are not fit for the job.
If Florida he would be charged as an adult and face the death penalty or life without parole. I know because a teen in our county did this same crime to three kids all under age 10 and got a life sentence
This world is very dark. The child should be in online school. They should not be attending school.

I’m trying to understand what would the school have to do with state law it was mandated that he attends school so if he went to school anywhere in Maryland, it would be the same problem instead of pointing at the school or Baltimore city she probably need to be talking to legislators that can change the law

It's against the law for the school faculty or the government to disclose his name but is it against the law for Mom to disclose his name? She knows him and is related. Why can't she spill the beans? It's not slander if it's true. 🤨🤔
The mom probably isn't revealing the name of the rapist because she wants to protect her child's privacy. They are all in the same family.
