- A Baltimore City Schools police officer and star football coach is reportedly under investigation by the FBI, after racking up hundreds of thousands of dollars in overtime.
Now, Project Baltimore has obtained new information raising serious questions over how some of those extra hours were earned.

Quite possibly he is being made an example of. The FBI are dirty Baltimore City is dirty and their connections to DC which is the dirtiest of all. The 48G is a crime but it's peanuts compared to what organized crime is raking in around Baltimore, DC and other cities and you can be sure the leaders are profiting off the top. It's a disgrace and needs to be addressed but when law enforcement itself is compromised don't hold your breath. This is why God says, vengeance is mine and I will repay. At some point no one else can or will do it.

He certainly is not the only person taking taxpayers for a ride. In this day and age there are much better ways this can be tracked than paper time sheets, if that is what they are using. As good a cop as he is, he should be gone if he is making false claims on his documentation. If he thought he was worth a lot more money, he should have approached his boss honestly and requested a raise.

This is awful but only one grain of sand in the Sahara that it government. This cop is the rule, not the exception. My deceased brother in law worked for the MTA for nearly 40 years and never did an honest day's work, not one. As a "supervisor", he regularly "clocked in" via two-way radio 4 to 6 hours before leaving his home, piling up "overtime" every day. Prior to the rule changes, he had also accumulated more than THREE YEARS of vacation.
There's nothing wrong with what the officer did he puts his life on the line they should pay them overtime irregardless no exceptions

This is excellent journalism. The corruption in Baltimore has been going on for far too long and must be brought to light. He needs to resign and pay back all of the overtime hours with interest and / or charged for breaking the law. Enough is enough.

Look ..I took my grandson out of bmore schools and am homeschooling him with the " Power homeschool "... left at 10th grade in January and will complete 11th grade by his 16th birthday... harder curriculum and focused education.... the school system should try this program and start each child 2 grades back and bring them up....
