  • New details in a Project Baltimore investigation that found a 15-year-old rapist was allowed to attend a Baltimore City high school. A second mother has come forward, saying the same teen also victimized her daughter.
When Fox45 broke the news last week, many were shocked to learn a juvenile rapist was taking classes at Patterson High School. For many, it was simply hard to believe.
But Project Baltimore spoke to a mother who already knew about the 15-year-old rapist at Patterson, because she says, the same student sexually abused her daughter.
“I'm very angry,” the mother said. “This has consumed me. It's impacted my relationships with family, friends, my job.”

???? If he's the convicted rapist of a three-year-old baby, why isn't he in prison?

  • @rwdswght4057

A 15 year old rapist is still a rapist. Sexual predators statistically cannot be rehabilitated. This 15 year old should not be allowed outside of jail for the rest of his life.

They need to adjust the rules. If a kid is convicted of rape, molestation, or violent crimes, the kid should be enrolled in online school. They should make sure the parents are set up to do that, but we can’t risk our kids safety at school like this.

OMG he raped a 3 year old and they gave him probation. He should never have been allowed out of custody. He is a danger to the community.

  • @carolr7823

No rapists should be allowed in public school. I hope that the 2nd victim sues the heck out of the Baltimore school system.

  • @markhayes2265

I am thoroughly convinced that the people making these decisions are also predators. Protecting their own. That's the only explanation for this to keep happening.

  • @ToLoveIsToLive89

He belongs in prison for life. Trust me, you can’t rehabilitate this monster.

    Stop protecting criminals

  • @angeldark8812

Insanity! Victims of this man child were both under five years old? How was he able to escape jail time? 😡

  • @kindredmalise6633

It happens all over. Years ago in Florida, a 16 yr old was charged with rape. They moved the kid into my daughter’s school, so he can play on their football team. I called the school board and told them to get that kid out of the school or I would sue them. Parents got together and they transferred him out. I blame the principal, who later made my daughter’s life hell as revenge for what I did.

2nd chance for rapists is wild to me. Does that girl have a second chance to be without trauma or will she be afraid for the rest of her life? I'm honestly beyond sick of our justice system.

I hate that they don’t treat sex crimes harsher. These people regardless of age does not “grow” out of that type of behavior. For anything their behavior increases as they get older learning how to victimize people better. People can use the excuse of maybe it was done to him is why he’s doing it to other kids. But that’s no excuse if you know it’s wrong and you knew it was wrong when it was done to you why would you do that to someone else and ruin their lives. People like this are sick and need to stay away from normal citizens.

He lost the privilege of attending school with "typical" kids because hes proven himself to be a danger to other kids. Im saying this as an ex-teacher and as a woman who was repeatedly inappropriatly touched by a peer when I was a child.

  • @charlespittsjr604

Needs to be in adult Court and in adult prison.

  • @fishgutz4272

    Who made that monster?

  • @beautydee92

This is crazy, he should be registered & he shouldn’t be able to attend school w/ other children. He should’ve been charged as well!

  • @Stew_Pit_Sambo

His name is Quintavius Marshall. My son goes to the school and it's all anyone is talking about.

So happy this is news because most people are unaware that in public school we have kids on rape charges, armed robbery, and murder. They’re adjudicated and sent to group homes and attend regular school with regular kids. As an educator, this infuriates me and I want the public to become outraged now that you have been made aware!
