The food that heals you while you are really, really sick is the food that we are supposed to eat, yet this man tells us thats not natural . This man ate a piece of fruit and ended up in the hospital, yet he believes that "whole foods (veggies and fruits) are part of a healthy diet." He just couldn't keep the discipline. The cognitive dissonance here is unbelievable.
