      Would love a video on how to choose a gym or coach.
      I’m interested in getting some in person education that isn’t just sloppy arm swinging cardio but I’m not looking to get smacked in the head since I don’t have plans to fight competitively.

    Yo i have a question do you reccomend working out with Full body 3 day Split or working Watch muscle 2 times a week or 1 time a week… which is more ideal for boxing

    What about tightness in the calves. I mean boxers do a lot of road work. They're on their toes a lot. They're jumping rope. My calves are chronically tight to the point I now have plantar fasciitis
