Hey Gibi, just wanted to thank you for uploading this video. I am currently quitting smoking, I am/was a heavy smoker (2 packs/54 cigs per day), so it is pretty hard for me to quit. I experience pretty bad withdrawl, I sweat a lot, I am more aggressive, I get mood swings, can't focus and the worst part is that I cannot find rest, however with ASMR it is better. And as I really enjoy your videos I just wanted to thank you. Little update (10.08.2024) I threw up and everything got worse. My doctor told me to pick up smoking again and slowly quit, not just cold turkey. I am now on 20 cigs per day and in a month I'll go down to 15 and so on and so forth. Thanks for all the kind comments I have gotten.

2:40 the background noise also helps with timitus, when I watch a video with no background noise, I always hear my tinitus but whenever I listen to something with background noise like music or a movie or some asmrists,it just cancels out the tinitus. I literally can't sleep without asmr because of this.
