This is so exciting, and I'm so happy to be here so early for a new sleep clinic video of yours. As a happy description reader for the questions at the end, I would scale myself at a 9, then my favorite trigger was the plastic comb, my least favorite was the beeswax wrap. If I could listen to one trigger again it would be the leather book, for the speaking I enjoyed both the whispering & Soft Speaking.
