I agree. Absolutely beautiful and strong home. Also, I have been to every state in the US, and if you should see how these houses are constructed, you would hold your head.🤦🏻♂️Nothing but flimsy-looking-board that makes up the frame. Yet, in Jamaica, if someone builds a board-house people tend to look down upon them, but in the US, where mostly every single house is made with board-frame and sheetrock-walls, you are put on a pedestal for mortgaging one.🤦🏻♂️I don’t get it.🤷🏼♂️

But they do last for centuries and are more refined than Jamaica houses
This house is not a typical Jamaican house. In fact, it’s more American/ Mediterranean which is common in Florida and California. Comparison is a thief of joy. Let’s just enjoy this beauty without bringing anywhere down.

Wow this is rich, the best house I see so far, not necessary in size but design and layout, its everything. This is what you do when you go foreign go work hard, invest in something sensible and not only designer clothes and shoes and fancy car.

But at this stage the master bedroom should be on the ground floor avoiding many steps balcony needs to be more firmerand a bit private but it is a lovely house and good space how about security around the house for one safety and peace of mind

This is a very Luxus house but for me it would be a house that I can have fully climate controled, heated pools with no Jps usage (solar system with batteries) and a huge underground water tanks to tell water commission buy. Vaulted ceilings are beautiful but not as practical as air conditioning and running water😅

Not toll brothers or blue heron but definitely the type of house i love to see in Jamaica. Modern contemporary homes…. Jamaicans need to use up solar panels more, 85% of contemporary homes in Africa have solar power

Beautiful home, love it. The only things i would add are some bright white 8 1/2 " or taller baseboards/door stops, matching 3 1/2 door/window casings and crown moldings. (personal taste). But this is amazing with or without.
