Has OSB(Oriented Strand Board) sheathing been used instead of plywood as sheathing underlayment for exposed roofing material like decra tile? And is a plywood sheathing a must as an underlayment for the decra tile roofing based on the over head shot of the roof, or can the decra tile be directly installed on battens that sit on the framing structure of the roof?

Only thing I say is missing is the pool 🏊

What is the size of that lot (for reference)? House is neat, good use of space, seems like lots of space left for landscaping a backyard oasis? ❤❤❤

If I’ve paid for a particular square footage but after construction starts realize that I can have a store room in a basement as it’s a sloping land. Am I allowed to add in that basement room on the current approval as I’m not taking up any further land space, or would I need a second application for additional approval?
