My only drawback is that this house needs more front yard or backyard for a place in St Mary's Jamaica. There needs to be more greenery, especially at that price point; outdoor entertainment is out of the question.

This first home is beautifully thought out nicely designed there’s a few drawbacks. I think the kitchen sink is too small. The island sink is a little bit small and for such a large kitchen, no pot filler. beautiful home. I think it needed more land space for privacy. The homes are too close on both sides.

My only criticisms are, the neighbour's house is too close, and the idea of having the helper's bedroom in the reception area. The helper needs her own private space as well.
