How to 2 STEP an AUTOMATIC 370Z!!

- In this video I show y'all how I 2 step my automatic 370z. Its really straight forward so this video really isn't that long.
Just a disclamer, you do need a TUNE for this and a specific map for this to work. So if you're getting your car tuned by a decent tuner, let them know you'd like a flame map, and if they say it isn't possible show them this video.

@@skrt3821 Depends on the car older vehicles the automatics were slower and more restrictive that's where the stereo type came from but with more modern cars the automatics shift faster, since the rech is way better
I like both but manual feels better IDK why it is just how I feel but yeah both r great
Well some people start with auto but manuals are just a vibe. Nothing beats having total control of your car. Like when your car may cut off why you driving you can just throw it back in gear and it’ll turn back on.

That isn't an unpopular opinion, its universally accepted for the most part. It's just that many car enthusiasts value the fun manual over the practical auto.

Nowadays, Automatics are faster because of newer technology but if your talking about older ones, manuals are def faster.

For those wondering no you don’t actually need a map (maybe on new cars I’ve only owned 80’s and 90’s cars) get a Bee*R rev limiter and wire it to you’re ecu it works on automatic or manual for autos just wire the switch to you’re E-break

I was literally doing the paperwork to buy a 2009 370z with 53k miles and it was also an automatic. Suddenly I had a change of heart and a month later I ended up with a 2007 MX-5 6-speed manual with 23k miles for a lot less money. Loved how the 370 drove, but there's nothing like a manual (specifically if you're doing a lot of mountain driving!)

PRO TIP: AUTOS ARE FASTER THAN MANUALS all top fuel dragsters are auto... manuals are more common for multiple reasons. theyre generally cheaper and stronger than most manuals. theyre funner to drive for those that like to bang gears and they slide better. i personally prefer auto>manual

I'd prefer a manual on the right day in the right environment, but the Auto is faster(Shorter gearing), higher geared (7th Gear) a lot more smooth and quiet/pleasant to drive. Great in traffic. Also no clutch weaknesses in the Auto.
but you get the roll race weakness. if a manual pulls up on you and drops it, kinda hard to catch up when you cant drop into the powerband

Only retards who don't make power (or pussys) justify owning a useless slushbox. Not all automatics are the same. The one in this 370z? Absolute trash. Shouldn't ever go in a "sports car". The only good automatic is the 8 speed ZF transmission, because that transmission is actually fast, and can actually hold some decent power. Any auto that isn't an 8 speed ZF belongs in the scrapyard.

@@CoopZ33LS some 370z have a shiftable automatic aka paddle shifters but if you look all the way to the button of the shifter it has a + and - on it which means you can shift the auto ill show you a video of what i mean

It's not as good but you can put car in neutral and E brake forwards and gas it but you still need a tune I think

Don’t worry about having an automatic dude, manuals are slowly dying anyways eventually they won’t be able to keep up with the newer autos anymore matter of fact they already can’t it’s just a matter of time before they die off and autos completely take over I personally have a much more fun time driving a manual but that sad truth is simple and very obvious you can’t shift faster than a newer auto can....... keep up the great videos bruh I’ll soon also be getting my 370z and yes it will be an automatic since I don’t exactly want to get gaped driving a manual lol 😂
