I wish i could grow this and all the other things you have. I live just a little too far north. We get an occasion frost and down in the 40s during winter. I have seen someone locally who manages to grow some unique stuff. I guess im not as dedicated.
It is like a variety of cheesa. But this cheesa is red. Sapote is different . They are round shape greens that change like rotten brown right away when it is opened...
This is amazing.. this looks like a family of Chico as well. I have seen two varieties of Chicos. One round and the other one shape like this.. the outer covering is same Iike this... but this variety is huge.

As someone who has eaten the black and the white sapotes, I can only imagine how delicious this one is. Sapote family are my favourite fruits

Alano Sapote taste like brown sugar and butterscotch. So sweet you could almost taste a little granules of brown sugar.
